I recently had the delight of staying at Izu Marriott, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning location of the hotel. Nestled in the picturesque town of Izu, the hotel is surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The hotel itself is equally impressive. It is well-designed and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Izu Marriott. They were incredibly polite and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay. Whether I needed recommendations for local attractions or assistance with my room, the staff was always available and eager to help. Especially thank Roshan and the front desk team, who provide exceptional service to us.

This is a Ryokan which has a very good reputation. For me, the stay is perfect and I will recommend this Ryokan. Even though you cannot value the location of the Ryokan, as Shuzenji is a very small place. The Rokan is right opposite to the bamboo forest, which is suitable for my personal view. However, you need to notice as it is close to the bamboo forest and near to the river, you will find many bugs here, especially at night. Don't forget to close the windows and doors. When you first arrive at the Ryokan, don't forget to take a photo of the board at the door as you can find your name on it. If you have a name that can be written in Kanji, you can even email them to let them write in Kanji. The Ryokan itself is large but the staff are very nice and friendly. They will introduce the whole Ryokan to you when you arrive and lead you to the most places so that you can find out the several Onsens and amenities' locations. I will recommend you to discover the Ryokan when you are free. The Ryokan even provides guided tours as most of the buildings here are cultural heritage. Moreover, the Ryokan will even provide umbrellas, so no worries when it rains. The English of Ryokan staff is not ideal, as you might be able to guess. If you can speak Japanese, I will recommend you to use Japanese. The food quality is very good and they will sometimes provide some very interesting dishes. For example, the lobster shell tempura, which shocked me at first but tasted not bad. I have mentioned Onsen before but there are a few more you might need to know. Since the hotel has a long history, you might need to take a shower in your room first then go to the Onsen in different places as there are no shower places in Onsen like other Ryokan. However, the onsen is very good so I will recommend you try as many as you can. Overall, the Rokan is expensive but absolutely worthy. I will recommend you to try it when you are free.

The plan was changed from Minami Izu to Nishi Izu where the sea situation calmed down in diving. In the middle of that, I chose it because there was a vacant place where the meal was cut by 10000 yen per person with a luxurious 2 meal at the hot spring inn in a hurry. The amount of hot water springs seems to be the largest in Nishi Izu, and the open-air baths are very large and luxurious. However, when you look at the ingredients of the hot springs, it seems that they use circulation and disinfection. It is written as a 180,000 liter spring in a day, and 7,500 liter of hot water is springing out even in an hour, but why? But there was no smell like disinfectant in the hot water. The meal is also luxurious with many seafood including abalone and many small bowls for this price. However, the main sashimi that can be seen most is not a local seafood, and the taste is now one. Because of the relatively large hot spring inn, there are many employees and very polite service, and the room and dining room are luxurious. Because it is DOI Onsen facing the sea, I chose it with expectation of hot springs and seafood, but only two bad points were about the eye, but from the accommodation cost, it is a wonderful temperature above the price even if two points are deducted It is no doubt that it is a spring inn!

The location is slightly biased, so there may be fewer foreign guests in the hotel, mainly locals. The view of the room is a selling point. It faces the sea from Mt. Fuji. The open air is very comfortable and the room is very comfortable. There are not many places to stroll around and it is not convenient to not drive. The hotel's food is very good, it is a combination of Japanese and French, and the display is very beautiful. The service attitude is very good, that is, the overall English level is slightly poor, and the communication is slightly difficult.

There is a large Japanese-style room with a robata-style table, a view of the ocean from the verandah, and a hot spring bath attached to the room. There is a bed in the back and it is partitioned off, so I think it is a suite room in a hotel. The hot spring was probably from a source, but it was quite hot, so I filled it up with water. In addition to the hot springs that come with rooms, there are two private hot springs that require reservations, but perhaps because there were not many guests staying at the hotel, they were empty and I was able to bathe in both of them even without making a reservation. The meal was creative kaiseki, so a variety of dishes were served, with a focus on seafood. They also have many types of local sake, and I was able to drink a lot of them. The menu changes every month. For breakfast, in addition to a variety of small dishes, we chose our favorite dried fish. It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach, so you can take a walk even out of season. At night, the sky was full of stars and we even saw shooting stars. It may have been a day when there were not many guests, but the check-in and check-out procedures went smoothly without any problems and we didn't meet any other guests. To be honest, it was my first time to be taken care of by foreigners at this type of inn, but everyone was very welcoming. If you think about it, just because it's a Japanese-style inn doesn't mean that Japanese people have to serve customers. This is a matter of taste, so if you don't like customer service unless you're Japanese, I don't think we'll meet your expectations. Also, this time I was brought here by an acquaintance, so I didn't actively research information about this inn beforehand, but it seems that there have been ownership changes and renewal openings in the past, and that it is still in use today. I think that's why past evaluations have varied. The price is not at a reasonable level, so I don't know if I will be able to come here often, but I would definitely like to stay here again.

GGuest UserI used it for the wedding anniversary celebration. I've seen it in a magazine before, and I've been worried about it all the time, and this time I was able to ask my long-cherished wish come true. The room, the food and the staff were able to spend a very good time with two people more than expected. The facility name LOQUAT means ”Biwa”, and there is a ”Shirabiwa” that can only be seen in this area on the premises. When I heard it at dinner, I thought it was a nice story, but after checking out, I asked the staff to suggest that it was the season, and I had a harvest experience. It was a very enjoyable and valuable experience. He also experiences making biwa sake, which seems to be very interesting. In the future, I am very looking forward to increasing the number of 々 experience plans. It is an inn that I want to visit again on an important day.

GGuest User■ Location Take a bus (220 yen cash only) from Shuzenji Station and get off at Miyukibashi, 2-3 minutes. The other side across the new bridge along the Katsura River. About 7 minutes on foot from Shuzenji Onsen Station on the route bus. Large high-rise inn. The scenery might be beautiful during autumn leaves. ■Nearby Attractions We recommend going to Niji no Sato on a free electric bicycle. The bicycle was also made by Panasonic and was new, and it was powerful even on the slopes. You can get there in about 20 minutes. At Niji no Sato, you can enjoy steam locomotives and views of Mt. Fuji. Also, if you have a receipt for staying at Shuzenji Onsen, Niji no Sato will give you a 30% discount. ■ Room The room was spacious and the bed was set on tatami mats, so it was comfortable to sleep. It was nice to have a humidifier. ■ Meals Buffet style with a competitive number of items. If you are with children, you can enjoy it in an entertainment mood. It might be more fun if you make it a fair specification such as cotton candy. On the contrary, it is a mess, so it is not recommended for those who want to enjoy it slowly or emphasize the atmosphere. ■ Amenities In front of the Daily Yamazaki convenience store in the ryokan, you can take whatever you want as much as you like. I think that management efforts to reduce personnel and maintenance costs are rational, only for Obako Hotel. I think the service of choosing a yukata is very good. Wouldn't it be nice to have a special yukata for a fee? If there is a design that looks good on Instagram. ■ Hospitality The check-in time was around 17:00, so I contacted them in advance. At that time, there are only two dinners at 18:00 and 18:30, and the 19:45 two-part system is not being done at this time, so I hurried to the hotel without eating lunch. At the front desk of the inn, it was said that after 18:00, there would be a two-part system at 19:30, and there was a discrepancy between the phone and time. Although I complained about it, the woman at the reception was indifferent, with no apology or confirmation, whether the complaint was a daily occurrence. Perhaps the person on the phone misunderstood and told the time, but I asked if there was 19:45, and although I insisted that it was not, I regret that I told the wrong time. . I can't help but make a mistake, but I was disappointed because there was no follow-up at the reception.

GGuest User The first time we chose the back of the inn at Shuzenji Onsen, it was the Yukoro Kikuya. It is located almost in the center of the hot spring town of Shuzenji, and if you follow the prefectural road that runs through the northern bank of the Katsura River, there is an entrance to the inn, and there is a parking lot next to it. From the entrance to the main body of the inn, you will pass over the lobby built on the bridge over the Katsura River. Check-in is done on the sofa in this lobby, so you can see the Katsura River from just above the river. As the name ”Yu Corridor” suggests, many hot water areas are connected by long corridors. From those hot springs, I could see the beautiful garden of the inn. The dinner I was looking forward to was called ”Quasi Sakana Kaiseki”, and I was able to choose some dishes as I liked. We were two of us, and we dared to eat different dishes, but each dish looked beautiful and very delicious. Our accommodation plan was a plan to have draft beer free in the private lounge, so we had draft beer in the hot spring and relaxed.

TtomohimeI stayed in a room with a smoking swamp corner room swamp 19 tatami mats + wide edge. The air conditioning in the room is old air conditioning. You can adjust the air conditioner. It was a little cool in the latter half of September, but the bath is hot. And the river floor is mountains, and it's raining, so the humidity is half endless. There is a dehumidifier, but the towels are not dry at all. if there is no air conditioner, it is impossible without a fan. It's not very summer, but I thought it was impossible to go. it was 19 tatami mats, so it might have been more. it's partitioned in two, so it's closed, but there's no change at all. . . the dishes are basic courses. you can have breakfast on the river floor. it's a very pleasant space. It was raining, but I was able to spend it without any problems at all. There are mosquitoes until autumn. It is good to spray insects before entering the dining room. The dishes are very delicious. even in basics, it's full. if it's a little cooler, when the fire stops, it's cooler, so you should eat warm things early. ”Wasabi pot” is very refreshing and no spicy. I was able to eat people who were not good at wasabi. The taste of the pot was very delicious. The pre-eating sake was rare in La French sake. There were about 6 kinds of appetizers. The grilled and baked goods were salted cherry blossoms. cherry blossoms were rare with children. It was a little small cherry blossoms. Tea steamed, wasabi pot, tempura, and rice were chestnut rice. After the sashimi, dessert. It was almond tofu, melon, shine muscat. And the night meal mini onigiri. (there was a plum inside) Breakfast is basically a lot of rice. So, a side dish called a rice dish called a rice dish. It is made of wasabi donut, nori, potato, * baked, pickled, wasabi miso, Kamaboko zushi, etc. Tea steamed like a corner boiled image like a side dish. The baked goods are a little bit. The fish is half cut. And one bird dumpling. It was like eating too much rice. Ohitsu I replaced it. Miso soup is on fire, so you can warm it until the fire stops. The bath is 4 rentals. Each is 1 ~ 2 up to 3 people. The bath area is small for the spread of the site. 100% drip is good, but it was a waste. I put the rental many times. You can check the vacant information on your smartphone, but if you wait outside, it will change to empty → full immediately. When you lock it, it seems to be linked. ① Kaguya no Yu looks cute, but when you enter by two people, you are sitting in a physical education. ② Moonshita Beauty There is one washroom. Shower. There is only one dressing room, and there is an approach to open the door, and there is a bath tub, so you lock the glass door and go ahead. Here, three people in the gym seat. ③ Komichi in the forest, three people enter. It's beautiful. The dressing room is also wide. ④ Meteor shower. The timing was not bad. Kaguya no Yu and forest no Komichi are until 23:30. It is not available in the morning. Get out of the building and go out. If you wait outside, you'll get bitten by mosquitoes. If it rains, you can't wait outside. After 30 minutes, you'll get a time on the net. Some people have an hour or so. (a little Hinshku) The public bath is only the inner bath. It seems that the male bath has a small open air. There is a rock bath, but it feels hard to use. I thought it would be good to have a bath replacement. The room has an empty refrigerator, only glass and hot water. The bath in the room is a unit bus, but there is a hot spring. It was good to have incense. I went to the bath. The basket was also convenient. There was a large mirror stand and it was good to use. The TV was also large. There was a chair for 4 people on the wide edge and it was convenient. There is a bridge nearby, so it is beautiful to go on foot at dusk. The river floor is also visible from the outside. The heart motif is beautiful. It was raining, but I went. There was a feeling and the atmosphere was very good. Recommended to walk brat. Problem: humidity that the towels are not dry

GGuest UserI was able to spend very comfortable between arrival and departure. It's a short walk to the hot spring town, so I could take a walk to the bamboo diameter before dinner or go to Shuzenji Temple, which opens at 5 in the morning. It was a little far from the map than other inns with the same price and I was wondering which one to choose, but there was no problem with the distance to sightsee. Employees 々 treatment, semi-open-air (hot spring) rooms with forest views, comfortable bedding, specialty products from various places are used, and all of them were delicious. The sleeping bath in the large communal bath was really a lie down and it was my first experience. The fresh flowers and furnishings in the well-maintained garden were also impressive. The bath towels and amenities in the room are colored with embroidery and seals, and where did you put your toothbrush and cup that you often use during your trip? It didn't work, and even if I hung the towel I used, it was good to know which of myself was embroidered in the color. This was my first time with such a service and I was happy with the consideration.

GGuest UserFuji is beautiful in winter. In addition, the cherry blossoms bloom early and the warm weather makes it the perfect place for a trip to Nishiizu. Shimoda is also nearby, so you can enjoy a drive to Minamiizu. It's a pity that there are no large public baths or private baths at En, but if the weather is fine, you can spend a pleasant time. --zzrpI chose Taizanso because of the high reviews. I enjoy eating, so the fact that the reviews for the food were good was the number one factor. Due to the corona sickness, all the dishes were lined up on the table except for rice and dessert. Originally, black rice was served last, but white rice was served as an appetizer. The black rice for dinner and wasabi rice for breakfast were delicious. I don't think this dish can be helped if it's a corona countermeasure dish, but I thought it was a very ordinary dish that was neither acceptable nor impossible. If the usual kaiseki cuisine is better, can I visit again? The public bath didn't feel smaller than I imagined (image from word of mouth). The quality of the hot springs is good to stay warm forever, but it doesn't seem to be free-flowing. Due to the corona crisis, the two large public baths are reserved until 22:00 and then become men's and women's baths. The bath in the ordinary Japanese-style room was deep and tiled, so I didn't feel the atmosphere. It was a room on the second floor, but I think it would be better for the elderly and those with disabilities to be careful about the stairs and the room bath. Free coffee and tea was very nice. I think that the customer service of the staff is good. The inn seems to have a history, but is it clean and incense? The scent of is also soothing. You can't see the view from the room, but it's close to the center of Shuzenji, so it's good for a walk.
