The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. As soon as I sat down in the lobby, they politely asked if I wanted a drink, coffee, tea, or water. They also provided a complimentary breakfast. Having traveled extensively, I've rarely seen a hotel offer such a generous breakfast. I highly recommend it! Outside the hotel is the downtown shopping street, lined with restaurants, making dining very convenient.

I had a short but pleasant stay for 2 nights. Despite me sending a few messages to the hotel before I arrived about needing a breakfast box to go as I had a tour at 6:30 am, nothing was known to the front reception desk when I arrived just after 9 pm. The to go box that I ended up getting had hardly anything in it. This was disappointing since the breakfast buffet that I missed had so .any varieties of fresh and precooked food. The front reception staff was friendly and pleasant.

The hotel has a good environment and a good location. The overall hotel is quite good. However, the soundproofing in the room is very poor. You can hear the phone calls of the people next door clearly, and you will be woken up at night.

Location of Alion hotel is excellent! Right beside all of the main sights. There is a shop just 2 minutes walk away and some very good Donner places on the street behind. Hotel was super clean, everything seemed very new which was great. The hotel is quite noisy, both inside and outside. Doors slam very loudly at all times. And then you get the traffic and general noise from outside. I was on the third floor so may be better higher up. Staff could be a little more helpful with assistance. No direction to the elevator or any information given (this may have been due to language barriers). I also had 2 ask 3 times for an extra blanket. But overall, I was happy there during my short stay.

The hotel is located near Izmir Train Station, making it very convenient for us to take the TCD train to Ephesus and the airport. Although the hotel is older, the facilities are excellent. A special thank you to Erol, the front desk staff. I left my charger at the hotel after checking out. I emailed at 11 PM that night and received a prompt response. I successfully found it at the hotel the next day. Thank you very much!

Господа дуже доброзичливий, і реагування вчасно на всі прохання...але на жаль не розмовляє англійською, тому спілкування відбувалось за допомогою перекладача на телефоні. Номер був чистим і просторим. Дуже добре!

Pros: -good sound insulation: despite the busy road under the windows, the room was quiet, you couldn’t hear the neighbors; -15 minutes walk to the embankment, 10 minutes to the metro; -large room (we lived in a standard one) Minuses: -a strange system with air conditioning. You need to talk to the reception about how many degrees you need to set the air conditioner to. It is impossible to change the temperature on your own. Turn it off - just unplug the key from the socket. Turn it on - call/go to the reception again. If you are cold, you want to make the temperature warmer, too only through the reception. -the carpet in the room is stained and needs replacing; -breakfast is very simple, 3 out of 5: cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, bread, muffins, cereal, once we saw the remains of an omelet.

The hotel is not big, and the rooms are not big either. I originally booked a twin room, but it turned out that it was not available, so it became a large room and a small room, which are actually three small beds. The location is OK, not far from the seaside, you can get there in 15 to 20 minutes on foot. The breakfast at the beach is okay, but the shower room is not good. It is small and has no door. Bath water can easily escape outside, which is similar to hotels around domestic scenic spots.

It is also close to Basmane Station and bus stops, so transportation is very convenient. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There is also a park if you walk a little. The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious. The downside is that someone smells of cigarettes in the room. Otherwise, it's a very satisfying accommodation.
