Thank you very much for the staff of this hotel! We stayed with the family from 03.06.2023-04.06.2023. We chose the hotel by accident, almost the first caught. We provided free of charge for the car. In the morning we found that the wheel was down. Together with the porter, they were looking for a compressor in the nearby hotels. They tried to change the wheel on their own, but eventually helped to call the car to the hotel. And separate thanks for the small present. Thanks for attention, understanding and help!! The staff has been extremely professional in coping with their tasks despite their difficulty!

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in on par with top name hotels and exceptional value the staff are excellent always friendly respectful and go above and beyond to help nothing is to much trouble the management don't hide behind the scenes always around and there to have a chat or help altho you are treated as a guest your also treated like a friend, the breakfast buffet has plenty of choice something for everyone i would recommend to anyone going to Izmir definitely a 10 out of 10 plus

The hotel was stylish and beautiful, it had good night lighting. The inside of the rooms, the corridor and the lobby were very stylish and with a good design. The rooms facing the sea had a great view. The breakfast of the hotel was very varied and of high quality. The mini bar was good. The hotel staff were very nice and efficient and very cooperative. Check-in and check-out were done quickly. The quality level of the hotel was very high and it was a real five-star hotel. It had several pools and thermal pools that we could not use due to time constraints. There were good restaurants near the hotel. The only drawback of the hotel was the location of the hotel, which was located at the entrance of Izmir, and it was far from the center of Izmir and other sightseeing areas of Izmir, so you had to travel by taxi. In addition, the free shuttle to the city center and the airport had been removed for a long time. There was a very large hypermarket in the business center next to the hotel. In general, the hotel was very luxurious and excellent.

I stayed at the Hotel for 6 nights ..I found the manager and staff. Polite Helpful . Charming and welcoming ..The room was clean well maintained comfortable and bright and cheerful Good wi.fi connection and Air conditioning . Good shower and hot water.. Housekeeping in the room was excellent. Rooms were cleaned and items changed everyday .. The restaurant manageress and staff made a 100%excellent job of breakfast. Great selection of food and beverages available . Warm Bright cheerful area with relaxing music . Staff were attentive to guests needs in ths restaurant /dining area cheerful polite and friendly .. I found the restaurant/ breakfast area very very good regarding the covid 19 . Food was served by staff wearing gloves and masks . Tables chairs etc were constantly cleaned with anti bacterial liquid Hand sanitation was available . No guests were allowed to self service food or drink . The area was spotless well done to the manageress and staff .The cleanliness in the hotel was 100% in all areas . You will feel safe secure and have a very Enjoyable stay at this hotel . I can guarantee this 100%. The hotel is very central to the Metro bus and Tram for easy access to Izmir attractions . The hotel management and staff really do care about the health happiness and well being of there guests who stay here.. This is a family owned and run Hotel. It makes other chain and corporate hotels look very poor in there treatment and care of there guests ..I can recommend this hotel thoroughly to everyone ...5 * treatment for everyone who stays here 👍

The hotel's rooms were clean, modern with very good facilities on high quality, breakfast was perfect offer not super large in variety but so delicious.. this is definitely not what drove me to make this feedback, what was exceptionally outstanding was the team, I have never seen this class of genuinely welcoming team with natural level of personal attentiveness, started from the receptionist Dedma who checked me in and was so professional, then the concierge tea. Deniz Deperli that made everything possible to ensure on guest's satisfaction and pleasant stay, as well her colleague Gezia that was taking a look around during breakfast with best attitude and smile checking on guests satisfaction. Sorry for lengthening, but there was as well an unforgettable approach by one humble kitchen worker, I requested a grilled Haloumi cheese that she prepared with pleasure, and 2 days later out of all other guests, she recognized me and with me asking, she asked me and said ” sir, maybe you would like some grilled haliumi, not only that but she has the most natural & genuine smile when I said ” yes, thank you ” This is by far my favourite hotel stay experience in life. Well done Marriott Izmir management and congratulations for having such a passionate people in your team.

Dont be fooled but the past reviews as my wife and I did. First of all the room that they offered was not suitable for a couple, our luggages didnt have enough space, also I we want to go to the bathroom whom it happened to be outside the room, I would have to jump off my husband on the bed. So when we asked for another room, he charged us $60 for the whole 5 days. I am more convince that its a trap to get more money. The bathroom in the new room is soo rusty, the shower head is dirty and awful. My husband had to buy scotch tape to keep the seat cover open because it keeps closing on us. The faucet keeps leaking greenich liquid. On top of that the roudness of the guy at the check in is disgusting and shameful and it continues to the morning hostess to the laudry ladies whom they didnt clean our room on the first day bcs we left our room at 11 am, so they wants us to leave early, how about I plan my trip for there convinience? The next day they kept talking loudly and slap things up just to make us leave. The morning buffet whomnit happen to be the be the same daily deefrost food, we happened to got nothing to do with Izmir's famous breakfast. We couldnt wait to leave that nightmare expirence. I wonder how they got all those certificates from expedia and other sites. I will make sure personaly to let all the travel agencies in Leb that its a trap hotel

My husband is Turkish and I am English, we have been to this hotel four times over nine years and always received a warm welcome upon arrival. The hotel has excellent customer service from booking, arriving and departing and we find the staff to be exceptionally courteous and hard working. The hotel is perfectly located with ease of access to transportation, sea front and the market. Overall facilities, bedrooms and communal areas are kept pristine and are very comfortable, decor is warm and welcoming. Breakfast choices are fantastically fresh with lots to choose room.

In terms of location, it is in a very successful position, especially for intercity travel or business meetings. Especially during the pandemic, quality services and preventive measures were provided in terms of service, friendliness and hygiene. This can be written as a big advantage. The comfort of the room and the smallest details are taken into consideration. Although we did not use anything from the mini bar, we were asked to drink 1 soda, but we did not use it. After speaking, they said yes, but even if we didn't touch it, we wanted to pay. They said it was unnecessary and we did not pay. Except for this problem that only troubles us, everything is perfect.

The room is of small size but is functional and for staying the night it was OK. In the shower room WC in the morning there was the smell of sewage coming from the sink overflow. Not really what you want for the start of the day!!!! The young lady at the reception desk was functional and helpful but did not go over the top with customer interaction. the English language skills were excellent. The breakfast served in the restaurant was good with a good variety of bread, pastries fruits, etc. As a vegetarian the omelets had meat in them, the restaurant manager Altan Uslu was very helpful and arranged for a meat-free omelet to be brought to the table. That was a very good service. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station so convenient for traveling between the airport and the hotel and very close to the seafront.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park in early November. It was a completely wonderful experience, without exception. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and check in was smooth. Our king balcony room was well appointed and the windows and balcony provided an amazing direct view of the Gulf of Izmir and the city. We were fortunate to arrive one hour before the fireworks to celebrate the Centennial of the Turkish Republic. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony. The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to Izmir city, and its suburbs, by foot, car, tram, metro and rail. Breakfast was very high quality and included a wide variety of fresh Turkish and western choices. Maja in Guest Relations was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and she made a dinner reservation for us at our desired restaurant on the Izmir waterfront.
