Really great hotel, the staff are very helpful and friendly. They will try to accommodate any request. The room was big and clean and sunny. I was at first put in a smokers room, but then they changed me to a really nice clean room. Make sure you request a non smoking room if you don't smoke. This is a great hotel and great location right near busmane. There is some traffic noise, but not too bad - normal for the middle of a city. I would definitely stay here again. The staff do everything they can to help and make you feel at home.

I never imagined the possibility of a hotel in the heart of Izmir being this dirty and old. The room we were shown didn't even have a window, although it was written that it saw the city. The room also smelt of damp, there was hair on the sheets. Consciously, this room is shown, when you give an extra 200TL, the room with a glass is shown. It's also nasty and smelly. A complete scammer. There's a two-step country-style toilet and shower, but the shower doesn't even have a curtain. Everywhere is under water. The door has no chain, anyone with a key will enter. Internet is very bad. Even if it's urgent, I'll go stay in the park, but I won't step foot in this hotel. Even though I left, they slept on my money. I don't understand how this hotel gets 6 points. I think it's all ********.
