The location is still a bit far from the metro, but the area is quiet and pleasant. There is a bakery in the neighboring house, very convenient to take simits for breakfast, there is a gorgeous park nearby.
The apartment has everything you need, very clean and cozy. I was glad that there is washing powder, and you don't need to buy a whole pack for a short trip. All the necessary utensils were there (mugs, glasses, glasses, two Turks, etc.). I liked everything.
Suggestions - add a towel for the feet and basic spices to the kitchen (pepper, salt, maybe oil for cooking), there is not enough shelf in the shower.
A very responsive and hospitable employee met us, answered all our questions, helped.

The B&B itself is very good, clean and well equipped for simple meals. We arrived in the morning and there was no way to check in early, but we could store our luggage for free and put it in the room. But the disadvantage is that it is located in a relatively ordinary residential area. You have to walk a small road to get to the main road. There are no good restaurants nearby. It is far from the beach.

A small apartment with two bedrooms for unpretentious guests. The price-quality ratio is appropriate. The necessary minimum for living is available, but everything is in a tired state. If you are going by car, be prepared to look for parking, the area is very densely packed with cars.

The room is large, clean and tidy; the breakfast at the bakery on the corner of the street is very delicious, you will definitely like the Turkish specialty bread; there is a cute cat who followed me into the room and refused to leave, staying with me all night, unique experience.
