It's very close to the beach, and it's also close to the seaside restaurants, which is convenient. The room is quiet and the decoration style is simple and modern. Good value for money.

The Turks are very enthusiastic, so the staff has a good attitude. The location of the hotel is good, but the air conditioner in the room can't be turned on, there is no hair dryer in the room, and I can't get through when I want to make a call!

房間隔音效果不好，早餐適合中國人的很少，衞生間馬桶沖水的還壞了。隔壁另外一家酒店應該不錯。

性價比還可以，頂層早餐也還行，就在海邊廣場邊上地段可以。

Bad hotel with the bad and Disrespectful, except only one of them was so nice . They asked us to cancel our reservation and take 20% of our payment or call the police and they did it and we took our right after discussion of 2 hours . I don’t advise any one to go there as they’re like this with the tourist .

I have stayed in many hotels in Europe and Turkey, but I have never seen such a disgusting, disgraceful and dirty hotel like Bulvar-Hotel İzmir in my life. The hotel is falling into disrepair, the whole hotel is dirty, the guests are poor quality people. The walls are as thin as a sheet of paper, you can easily hear what's going on in the next room. We stayed two nights with my wife and were very restless for two nights. The guests in the right and left rooms changed twice and we were disturbed by very strange noises until the morning. I wonder if this place is really used as a hotel. It made us feel like it was being used for a completely different purpose. I would caution guests who want to stay here to think again. The staff looks very strict, as if they are beating the guests, there is no smile. The breakfast is just a disgrace. The room and bathroom are run down and dirty. We asked for a quiet room at the back and were given a room that had nothing to do with silence. When you look out of the room you see a disgusting sight. In short, it was the most DISGUSTING hotel I have ever stayed at.

How wrong we were, you will agree when you read it. Even though they advertise themselves as a Business hotel, it has nothing to do with it. It is a hotel that is completely away from institutionalism and is managed with the mentality of a hotel in a street corner. As soon as we checked in to the hotel, my wife and I went to the place where we had made a reservation for dinner, without using the room. An undesirable incident occurred at our next table due to the presence of alcohol in the restaurant. For safety reasons, we quickly left and returned to the hotel. In the moment of panic, I dropped a very expensive diamond bracelet on the road and reproached my wife for not returning and looking for my lost bracelet. There was a small argument between us in the taxi. When we arrived in front of the hotel, the night receptionist lady said that she could not let us into the hotel because she saw me arguing with my wife. He did not let us into the hotel because of an incident that took place on the opposite street outside the hotel and which did not concern him in any way. There is no inconvenience to the hotel guests, no insults, no swearing, no incident taking place inside the hotel... Subject: The receptionist lady did not want to let us into the hotel at that moment. They then stated that they were from Diyarbakır and threatened him. They did not let us into the hotel because of an incident that was not within the hotel's boundaries. We couldn't even find an interlocutor to claim our rights, so I went to the reception and said I wanted to meet someone in authority. Even then they were told, "You cannot stay here, wait outside the hotel door and do not step into the hotel." We found the solution by having to go to the police. The receptionist made false statements to the police officers that did not reflect the truth. Since you are complaining about us, I said, write a complaint against us and give the camera records to the police officer. He couldn't because he made a false statement. They also insisted on the 2-night hotel fee we paid and did not give it to us. Since they did not confirm the refund to the agency via e-mail, we cannot receive our money from the agency. We couldn't even take our belongings from the room, they were placed in front of the door in a very ugly way. We will complain about them to all relevant authorities. This includes Türsab. We will seek our rights through legal means. If we were not right, you would appreciate that we would not try so hard. My wife and I work as Senior Managers in world-famous companies. I myself have traveled to dozens of countries and stayed in hotels thousands of times. But I have never seen such disgrace either in Turkey or anywhere in the world. We will fight for our rights until the end. Note: The hotel is definitely not a business or decent hotel, do not be fooled by its central location, as written in the reviews. If anyone is smart, they will clearly understand the quality of the hotel and its approach to customers from these experiences.
