This apartment, in terms of price-quality ratio, justified itself; hotels of a different price category are located on the coast, but this one requires an effort to climb from the metro to the hotel. Later we arrived after a walk to the hotel by bus, the stop was not far from the hotel. The cleanliness of the room is clean, but it looks quite careless due to the old plumbing, and is, of course, inferior to the usual standards on the coasts. In general, the staff is friendly, tries to please, Wi-Fi only worked on the floor near the elevator, the signal in the room is weak. Considering that you are away all day during the day, you don’t pay much attention in the evening. In general, everything is fine, but first of all

Good reception There are many restaurants around, so you don't have to worry about eating at all. It's a little far from the station, but there's a taxi stand nearby, so I don't think the location is that bad.

Normally, I do not rent a room without seeing it, but I had to rent it because I would be in Izmir late. I specifically stated on the phone that I had no expectations and that I was just meticulous about cleanliness. When I came tired from the road and wanted to take a shower, I saw that the shower cabin and fixtures were covered with soap residue. The next morning I asked the gentleman at the front desk to clean it. When I returned in the evening, I saw that the room was not cleaned. This time, the lady who owned the hotel came out to the room with a cleaning set in her hand. He came back after a while and said he was clean. But nothing had changed. Maybe it was a lime stain, but when I wiped some of it with a wet wipe to avoid being unfair, I saw that what I thought was a stain was not a stain, but dirt. I checked out the next morning, and my car, which was in the parking lot at that time, remained in the parking lot due to the malfunction of the elevator system. Instead of calling a repairman, they called back the receptionist who was on duty at night. After our persistent call, the problem was resolved only in the afternoon and we were able to check out. It was another disrespect for the hotel owner to brazenly say that all the misfortunes happen to you.

Warning! This is not a hotel! Incorrect billing, bad rooms, bad breakfast, no parking The accommodation is not a hotel, but a dump. Maybe it's a youth hostel, but in any case, the rooms are not cleaned during your stay. The garbage is not emptied, the beds are not made, the towels are not changed, the toilet paper is not replenished. There are about 3 towels per room, regardless of how many people are staying there. Our room had no shower door, so after showering the whole bathroom was under water. The bathrooms are connected by a shaft, so the bathroom smells extremely bad. Tip: always keep the toilet lid and bathroom door closed. The bathroom has no ventilation, however, so it smells even worse when you go back in. The rooms are not checked after a change of guests - the owner told us this himself. The staff are polite and nice. However, they make promises that they then do not keep. In general, the hotel management is very bad. On the first night we had a dirty room, which was changed. After that, we had a room in which we couldn't sleep because of the mattress and the bed cover. After we complained, we were explicitly promised a special room for the rest of our stay. So the next morning we handed in the key, and in the evening we were told that the room had been given to someone else. If we insisted, the room would be vacated again. We would never ask for something like that. Later it turned out that we even knew the other guests. The breakfast is a disaster. It is prepared the evening before like in a canteen and naturally dries out in the air. Unfortunately, the breakfast is not covered either, so that everyone can touch all the set plates. The flies nest on it too. Not corona-compliant, nor hygienic. Too much money was debited and we did not receive a proper invoice. Incidentally, I made a reservation through booking first. Then I wanted to adjust the days and unfortunately that didn't work through booking. After we contacted the hotel, they assured us that they would keep the rooms free for us (which they fortunately did). In addition, the lady (mother of the owner) said that she would give us a cheaper price than booking. In the end, unfortunately, it was not the case and we had to pay 80-100€ more. I can show you the bill on request. Be careful! There is no parking! I chose the hotel because it was supposed to have a parking lot. It turned out that there are only 3 parking spaces. Unfortunately, our guests could not park their vehicles in a safe area as promised and had to park on the street instead. Smoking is also prohibited in the

The fact is that the hotel and service conditions, to my surprise and regret, actually do not correspond to the description, not to mention the price and quality of the services provided. Also, the photographs of the hotel, for the most part, also did not correspond to reality. First of all, I would like to note the decoration of the room that was provided to me. The first wake-up call was when at the reception I was given a garage key to the room. In the room, half the lighting did not work, the floor was dirty, sneakers were sticking, salt was spilled in the corners, an old wardrobe with broken handles and no Internet in any form, the bed linen was not the freshest. From the window of the room there was a beautiful view of the garage and the internal cluttered courtyard, although the description promised a view of the city (alas, this can only be seen from the roof, and is not an advantage that should be reflected in the application). What finally made me check out of this hotel was the “Breakfast”. Breakfast was very meager, included one boiled egg, a couple of slices of cucumber, two slices of tomato, one instant coffee, one piece of cheese and one slice of sausage (In fairness, I would like to note that there was no limit on bread). The location of the hotel itself does not have any advantages at all, despite the slight distance from the city center, as the terrain and steep climbs of 45 degrees affect it. In no case do I want to offend anyone, but one way or another, everything must have its price. This hotel definitely has its place. But not for the amount that a 3-star hotel in the very center of the city gives, with a normal breakfast, internet and service in general.
