In the center of the city, clean, good breakfast, walking distances to the waterfront, also to many good restaurants and also shops. Highly recommended.

Not bad, but the service is not so timely and the room cleaning needs to be rushed

Prices are so high in such a small city! The hotel is very old and very old, it looks like a hall in the 1980s, and the hotel is mainly because there are wild cats in the hotel that will grab people. My daughter was scratched all over her face and hands. My intestines are blue. The hotel didn't take pictures, it's not worth my phone

It is very close to Izmir beach and there is a Chinese restaurant nearby. It is very convenient to eat in Asian restaurants. If you plan to spend a day in Ilmir, it is worth it. There is a sauna facility in the ba*****t that can be used free of charge, and there is a swimming pool on the roof, but it is very small. This is a decent hotel for the price

Convenient transportation and friendly staff

Terrible experience overall. Arrived at the hotel and had to wait 30 minutes before being allowed to check in due to all employees apparently being busy with one single other customer (there were 3 of them). Eventually got to my room, which was incredibly small and barely fit the bed - the ceiling is so low you nearly hit your head if you’re a little on the taller side. The bathroom stinks and the sink‘s plug is stuck and can only be removed with force - then to only reveal the reason why it was put in like that: it smells even more. Asked for an upgrade (which I hadn’t received prior already even as status member) or at least a different room at the reception and got denied with „nothing is available“ despite there clearly being rooms to book online for exactly my timeframe. Showing the annoyed and unfriendly front desk person that she just repeated „not available“. There’s many decent Hotels in Izmir, this is not one of them, especially not at this pricepoint.

The staff barely spoke English. No one would respond to emails we sent the hotel about getting advance information things to do. We had maintenance issues in the bathroom where the flush was not working. It took two attempts and an escalation to get it serviced. The amenities were not refilled. In this the moisturizer bottle was empty. Redeeming feature is the awesome breakfast!

Convenient location, a 10-minute walk to the Promenade. Clean and spacious rooms. Attentive service in the dining area, not so much at the reception though. Eye-catching decorations, see the pics. Nice city panorama from the restaurant windows. Teşekkürler!

I have stayed there many times for business purpose. I choose them when they are not more expensive than good and new 4 5 star hotels in the region. Alsancak is middle of Izmir and this hotel is middle of Alsancak. Close to everywhere. Rooms and facilities getting older but service is improving each year. I would like to thank them exceptional service. Specially night reception who organised my medicene purchase from sentry drug store with a taxi cap driver. I did not move what i wanted delivered to my room in the middle of night. Another special thanks to an old gentelmen who organises breakfast and whatch over guest if they are satisfied with service and everything. He is really watching over guests if they need anything and try to please you. I dont know his name but a true customer oriented person congrats.. it s not a fancy hotel but quality is really good.

Comfortable rooms, not good for Europeans wanting a drink at the bar after their dinner, helpful staff though a bit of a language barrier with younger members. Went with a group of forty out of season and were well looked after.

the dirtiest hotel i have ever seen. you see many hair on the pillow and bed when you get in the room at first. although you want them to change cover set, they don't. they just sweep out. Rooms are dark and small. Ac doesn’t work properly.
