This was the fifth hotel of our stay in Türkiye and by far the best. Our room was spacious, very comfortable (great bed and large sofa) and exceptionally clean. A lot of thought has gone into to every aspect of this hotel: we even had a little card by the bed offering alternative quilts and pillows, available from reception. We had a good sized balcony, with table and chairs - it felt as if the balcony had been cleaned just before we walked into the room. The public areas are cosy and inviting, the polar opposite of so many bland modern hotels. The toilet even had a mosaic on the floor! The location is central in a quiet street, about 5/10 minutes from the waterfront, which is just perfect for an evening stroll.

I recently had a phenomenal experience at Karaca hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and punctual. They made me feel truly welcome with their friendly and personable service. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable visit. Highly recommend! Firdes was on reception - super kind, friendly, helpful. Honestly she was so prompt and punctual I was very impressed. As was Baris, he was very charmastic, funny and wholesome. Faith was really helpful with luggage, such a helpful and proactive individual. Ali was the restaurant chef - phenomenal food. The hotel feels like it's family run - they value tourists and make your stay enjoyable by going the extra mile. Location wise is a bonus - it's very near the center!!! My family and I truly had a exceptional stay, I hope everyone else does too.

This hotel is not big, but its location is very good. It is clean and breakfast is good. It is in a nice area, just a few blocks from bars and restaurants along the seashore. People at the hotel were kind and willing to help us whenever we needed something.

I liked this hotel , the staff are kind and friendly , and our rooms were very clean. What I will say though, is that Alsancak is a very interesting area and personal taste definitely decides whether you will like it or not. There are many little shops and places to eat around the hotel - but as for the night time experience of Alsancak, I wouldn't say it is the best place - as around the neighbourhood there weren't many people around and I have been to more inviting areas of Izmir like Karşıyaka or Bostanlı. This is just a note about the location though ; as for the hotel, it was nice, very efficiently run and a good place to come for a few days.

A great girls long weekend in izmir, we decided to return to the authentic Karaca Hotel which is centrally located overlooking the gardens of the Swissotel Buyuk Efes. Our second stay here was just as great as the first. We had a beautiful room on the 4th floor facing the gardens. We had everything we could want in the room, tea and coffee machine, air con, a beautiful walk in shower. Everything was clean and authentically presented and the beds were so comfortable we actually didn't want to leave, or wanted to take the matresses home with us. The staff were amazing they were very helpful with calling for taxis, giving advice on things to do and places to visit, always happy and friendly to talk too.

First of all, it should be noted that all staff should be sincere and polite. Friendly and helpful. We were satisfied with the two-night stay and added it to our list of preferences. The location is very good; close to many places... Breakfast is adequate and good; no meaningless and absurd excesses! The biggest flaw of the hotel, unfortunately, is due to another hotel. I guess the noise of the air conditioning system of the big -chain!- hotel across the street. In this context, Swiss Hotel gives an example of disrespect to the environment and people.

C'est un établissement à taille humaine, situé dans la ville, à quelques minutes à pied de la mer. De multiples restaurants et commerces sont à proximité. Notre chambre était spacieuse, confortable et disposait d'une partie salon et d'un balcon donnant le jardin de l'hôtel voisin. Le personnel est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et peut convenir aux amateurs de salé ou de sucré. Le hall de l'hôtel est décoré façon "musée" mais nous avons aimé.

Top gelegen, sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine zentrale, aber trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage. Stadtzentrum und Meer sind schnell zu erreichen, Zimmer sind sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich. Die Betten sind bequem, Frühstück mit landesüblichen Spezialitäten, gute Qualität und absolut ausreichend.
