Staff are polite and speaks good English. Room is clean and tidy with good wifi. Only one short coming is the air conditioning system. It is default and customers cannot adjust the mode of operation themselves unless with the help of the hotel from the back end and once heating mode or cooling mode is used, the user cannot adjust the temperature or the airflow. So it becomes too hot or too cold. One credit to the staff is their flexibility and customer service. Since the air-conditioner in my room did not work, they helped to change our room immediately.

Although I chose a double bed, there were 2 singles. I had made a reservation including breakfast. I had to show the reservation documents etc. in the lobby and that there was no breakfast. The towels were not clean. The breakfast was insufficient. I was not informed that the air conditioner was broken, when I call, no one answers the phone, they answer as if they are making fun of me. The staff is bad and sullen.

The transportation is very convenient, there are tram stations, bus stations, and a large parking lot, which is self-driving friendly.
The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath water is super large.
The receptionist is beautiful and enthusiastic, with good English and smooth communication. The Izmir Grand Elevator and the museum in the hotel are very close and can be reached on foot.

The lobby manager and waiter were very polite and took the initiative to tell us about the good places nearby. The view from the small balcony was very beautiful and we watched the entire sunset. I will definitely stay here again next time.

We specifically booked a twin room, but were given a king-size bed room. After communicating with the front desk, they told us to open the room by ourselves, but it was not possible. Finally, we changed to a twin room, which was larger than the king-size bed room. The facilities were quite new and the beds were comfortable.
