Location of Alion hotel is excellent! Right beside all of the main sights. There is a shop just 2 minutes walk away and some very good Donner places on the street behind. Hotel was super clean, everything seemed very new which was great.
The hotel is quite noisy, both inside and outside. Doors slam very loudly at all times. And then you get the traffic and general noise from outside. I was on the third floor so may be better higher up.
Staff could be a little more helpful with assistance. No direction to the elevator or any information given (this may have been due to language barriers). I also had 2 ask 3 times for an extra blanket.
But overall, I was happy there during my short stay.

Great location also they let me check in early however on arrival no explanation about WiFi breakfast times and where it is he just gave the key and let me go and there was no space giving to ask question. Second night at 1 am there was so much noise and banging when I went to check one of the staff member was trying to communicate with other visitor who was complaining about aircon staff didn’t speak any English I offer to help while I was trying to talk he was not much bother to listen he was loud and was banging the door despite being at 1 am and other people complaining about the noise. Other visitor was so unhappy she left the hotel middle of the night to go another hotel.

The room is quite good, and the hotel is new and opened for 7 months. The hygiene is also very good! It is not rated as a star yet, so the price is not expensive.
