in Sheraton Istanbul, I had one of the best Holidays. the hotel is in the perfect location for holidays and business it's in the city and 15 minutes away from most of the historical attractions in Istanbul. The hotel team is a perfect want to make your stay perfect and they go out of their way to help and assist you. the front office staff is perfect, Ciler was very welcoming and we checked-in in a few minutes. Eren the concierge Agent will spare an effort or a question unanswered and will go out of the way to help you. Albert the Front office Manager is a gentleman and welcoming and helps you at any time. Yekta is number one and very helpful and really he is perfect for the Hospitality industry. at the breakfast Dinner, you will be welcomed by the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Mr.Tansu with a gentle smile and welcome you. as well as the Food & Beverage Manager Mr. Onour will be waiting for you at the Restaurant Entrance to welcome you with a Charming Smile. At last, I must say the Door Man Mr. Hassan will never let you carry anything he takes it from you and delivers it to your room very quickly with a smile. Ojan the Guest Service Agent, goes out of the way to help you and meets you with a charming Smile. I must say my stay at Sheraton Istanbul was perfect and the team made perfect and they treat you like family. I would recommend it to all for Business & Leisure. The Management should be happy with such a team & Really I'm Writing this after a bad experience in another Hotel but Sheraton Hotel team made up for me and I had a perfect Holiday and I will come again to Istanbul and I will stay again in Sheraton Istanbul. The room I arranged at the beginning was close to the roadside, and the next day I changed to the one next to the strait. It is very good. I will stay in the hotel and restaurant next time. The atmosphere in the evening is very good, and the breakfast is very good. It is as expected and is in charge of us. The butler is very nice, great guy

This is my Second time staying at this property, to be fair it is nicely located at Maslak and overlooking the Forest. Several times the Room were not cleaned and once or twice the room was not fully cleaned as the bathroom was left not cleaned and no towels. I am still staying their at rooms 205 and 501. The cleaning improved. Another ongoing challenge is in Room 205 we were promised the last 5 days to move higher floor with Balcony and every day a new story is told for the last 6 days!!!! Very bad experience and first in my life people are hinging me the runaround. My girls kept their bags packed as we are told to keep them ready for move. Everyday new story comes up, the new room is not ready, the TV is broken we can’t move you, the room is not cleaned and housekeeping is busy, the room is in noisy floor and we like you too so much to move you, the room last guest broke Too many changing stories as they should not ask us to pack our bags for last Five days. Very bad experience that I am still living it I’ll share live updates with pictures over the coming days either good or bad. My rating could change as we go.

We had to make a 3-day reservation and leave the hotel for various reasons. We could only stay for a few hours. They were very kind to behave with the hotel staff and staff.
