Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is small but clean and cosy. The staff is friendly. The location is very good, you can walk to Taksim square. Close to bus stop and metro

We went there hoping it would be a nice place, looking at the comments, but problems started right at the entrance. The check-in process took about 15 minutes. Then we were given a piece of paper and the disappointments started there. We chose it because breakfast was included, but we started laughing when we saw the breakfast content. The plain menu is: “bagel, pastry, cream cheese and tea”. They have a really rich breakfast concept. I wish they didn't say breakfast was included. Officially a deceptive move. Then we went to the room and realized that they gave us the wrong room. When we told them, they said, "I'm sorry, but we cannot make any changes." They said they would give you a 15% discount on your next stay as compensation. At that moment, the person makes a compensation. We won't choose it again anyway. It was literally said just for fun. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. 2 single beds joined together. The room is very small. The bathroom closes with a sliding door, but unfortunately the door does not close completely because it is too small. It was an absolutely disgraceful experience. Business managers are completely convinced that we only care about our money and then we don't care. NEVER PREFER. There are better ones for these prices.
