Hotels in Fatih, Istanbul

A wonderful hotel with excellent location and staff. Russian-speaking staff are available, close to attractions, lots of shops and a shopping center, tram stop, and metro nearby. Easy access to anywhere in Istanbul. The hotel is located in a quiet area. Fruit shops are nearby. Overall, everything was great, we recommend it.

It was a really perfect stay. They started by very warm welcoming and fast-track check-in. The staff is helpful and very cooperative. The room is very clean, large and with perfect views. The amenities inside the room are more than enough. The breakfast is fresh and contains very nice and well-made food. The location is also perfect, just few minutes walk to the old city and Sultanahmet area, 200 meters to metro station, 200 meters to tram station and 300 meters to the ferries station.

Всё в целом хорошо, не очень удобный подъём и спуск в номера, лифт очень маленький, завтраки вкусные, но абсолютно одинаковые, кофе варят, вид из окна на заброшенные здания и бухту золотой рог, вид с террасы красивый, если смотреть поверх разрушенных зданий на бухту и Галаскую башню. Расположение хорошее, персонал улыбчивый. Главный недостаток это высоко подвешенные унитазы, сидя на них можно болтать ногами, это крайне не удобно, жили в двух номерах, так в обоих, при росте 1.80 не достаешь до пола, имейте это ввиду.

Hotel was very clean. Reception staff were lovely, very welcoming. There was a problem with our room, this was quickly rectified with no delay. Very professional and effective manager place.  A wide selection of cold food at breakfast. Could have definitely benefited from more hot options. The bread was a bit too hard, perhaps because it’s put out early on the morning and left uncovered for hours. Same situation with the baked goods unfortunately. Unpalatable.  Nice spa facilities, was empty during use which was ideal as there really isn’t much room for more than 2-4 people.

A nice hotel in the Balat area. On the second line from the embankment. What's good, as the road would be very humous. The views are excellent. The restaurant on top is chic. At the bottom is a nice cafe in the euro style. Delicious dessert and coffee. The room itself got very small. There was no place to put even the suitcase. Without the closet, just a stump with three hangers. Mini showers:) but everything is clean and with everything necessary (gel, shampoo, soap, towels, slippers). A comfortable bed. There was also a teapot and a capsule coffee machine with capsules in the room. TV. For one day staying very good. If longer, either (I hope) will give another room more spacious and with a closet. Well, or this option is simply not suitable.

Stop for 1 night, want more, but unfortunately there were no rooms for these dates. The price for the room is most acceptable . The room was clean, neat, quiet, Yusuf all told, showed, recommended an inexpensive restaurant, it turned out very delicious, a few days had only there (Hira), then gave his Istanbul card, to use:). By the way, we were 3rd, and the price for the hotel was low only here, we will still come , thank you 🫶🏽

This is a brand-new, conveniently located hotel a great base for exploring Istanbul. It has very clean soundproof rooms and modern amenities. Very modern lobby. Kettle, bottled water in the room. The staff was helpful. However, two things lemy stay down: a drainage smell in the bathroom (not very strong though) and a very disappointing breakfast. The selection was very small, and the coffee was terrible. One form machine tatsed as barley, and filtered was awful too

We truly loved every bit of demiray hotel from the aesthetic of the reception , the rooms , the breakfast , the rooftop view everything if I were you and I was looking for a perfect hotel in istanbul I would not search anymore let me be more specific: We were greeted by the beautiful Ezgi at the reception with a smile and friendly attitude that made us feel like we were visiting friends and family , since i also work in the same field this is what we strive for a perfect check in , she politely gave us complimentary tea and turkish coffee and handed us the keys to the room always eager to help us with any information after explaining the times of breakfast and the hotels included free access areas ( swimming pool, hammam , turkish bath , sauna ) , Hasan the bellboy then took our stuff explaining in detail what is included in the room water and the amenities were complimentary tap water is not safe to drink in istanbul but all the bellboys always brought us water anytime we needed and with a smile . In the first night we stayed in the hotel we had a issue with the shower phone it was fixed but It broke again the next day , Mert who was at the night shift at the time gave us a complimentary upgrade and also he told us that if possible the change could happen on his shift and not the other shift , I write this down because since I work on this field i find Mert to be a very good , hardworking professional and excellent colleague since he solved a issue so quick in order to not bother the next shift , truly a excellent receptionist and he has my respect . On the third day of our stay we did a huge walk from taksim to the Hotel but we didn't eat anything we arrived back at the hotel and we wanted to order food , Emroh when I told him my request which as a front office manager myself i know it is not a part of the receptionist duties especially at night , immediately spoke with his colleague and they ordered us a pizza which was amazing we left the cash and went to the room , it shows Emroh can go above and beyond for demiray hotel customers and deserves a big applause . On the last day I requested a late check out to Emroh which was accepted and it made us very happy since we could come back take a shower and leave , the hotel has a luggage room which was very convenient . As for the breakfast it was Huge with great cold and warm options which change everyday , Cansu and the rest of the staff always assisted us with a smile and made our day from the beginning ! I have to applaud the housekeeping team esma and selma which cleaned the room to perfection and made us a beautiful design see picture bellow and since we know housekeeping is difficult for everyone we tried our best to keep the room as clean as possible . Our room was beautiful with a bathtub and it had an beautiful design and a very comfortable big sized bed . The rooftop has a 360 view of the bosphorus with view of the Hagia Sophia Galata and all the other mosques trully amazing ( Photos bellow ) . One of the most important things to note which impressed us is that Ugur the manager was always on duty ready to help, he spoke perfect English and he also looked the part with a stunning suit and a beautiful red patterned tie , it is very important for the hotel to have a nice team and this is what the manager does the best , as a front office manager myself I know Ugur has made an amazing team consisting of great all rounded receptionists that all in their unique ways made our stay memorable and amazing and deserves a big applause for his work . Есть лифт, кухня, газовая плита для приготовления пищи, кондиционеры. Из минусов - нет микроволновки, дорогая парковка - 10евро, когда на самом деле это стоит 50 лир!

Great hotel in a great location- only downfall is there’s no breakfast included in the price. We stayed here for 10 nights - hotel is very clean staff is very nice - we had a great experience overall.
