I booked a room and requested two single beds. When we arrived at the hotel, there were no rooms left. The hotel immediately gave us two rooms. No extra charge. The restaurant on the fifth floor has a great view

The room is nice, but it has an internal window, which makes it feel stuffy, so the laundry was dried overnight. Overall, it is very good. I particularly recommend the restaurant on the roof. The view is really good, and you can enjoy the sunrise there. and sunset.

The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean.
There are many types of breakfast, and you can enjoy a wonderful view at the restaurant both at night and in the morning!
However, the location of the hotel is a little difficult to find, and the road is not well maintained, so we recommend taking a taxi.
I booked a hotel shuttle bus for the return trip, but it cost ¥8,000 for the two of us, but it was late, and I had to make a private detour on the way to the airport...I was filled with anxiety until I arrived.
It was a shame because the people at the hotel were so kind.

Hayrettin and Serdar at the hotel's restaurant gave us incredible service and hospitality immediately upon our arrival and during our first meal in the city. What a wonderful first impression of the hotel and Istanbul. The food, wine & dessert were super delicious!

All the staff are most helpful and friendly. The rooms are very modern and the location is very good for all you want to do in the Old Town. Restaurant has some great meals and the breakfast buffet was terrific and extensive. The views are fantastic there too! A slight problem we had was sorted out professionally and promptly. We were most impressed with this hotel and highly recommend it.

Exceptional service. It is my second time here. All Personel is very careful and nice. Special service from Serdar at amazing Eva Bosphorus Restaurant.
