The welcome in my hotel was very laughing and beautiful. On Google Maps only, the location of the hotel is not up-to-date, it makes it difficult to find a place that can be found very easily ... The room is very modern and comfortable. I had to study because I had to get the training I needed for my job and it was very easy to find the table in the room to the table lamp. The things were very comfortable and modern because it was a new hotel. The small needs (both cotton, earwash) in every hotel are not in the room, it was stated when it was requested but I didn't need it because I brought it myself but I expected it to be a little more generous about it: ) I didn't find the breakfast very different, especially if you stay long, you can get tired after a while, but staff are laughing and respectful ... I think it's the best hotel to stay in the neighborhood where I find it because they offer me a comfortable business trip Thank you.

2 stops away from the exhibition hall, convenient without luggage It’s just taking a taxi back from the exhibition hall because it’s too close and often refused to board It is recommended to go to the airport at least 4 hours in advance. Istanbul often gets stuck in traffic. We just set off 3 hours early and missed the plane. Taxis in Turkey are very tricky and will charge indiscriminately. Obviously, the high-speed toll is charged at 12.9, and the high-speed toll is charged at 120. Public transportation is recommended. Was slaughtered more than 300 lire

Overall stay was pleasant. Pro’s - the room was lovely, very modern with everything you would need and additional extras within the bathroom (toiletries). The facilities of the pool, gym, sauna & steam room were a nice thing to have all very clean and staff lovely. The room service food out of this world and the price was quite Shockingly cheap, please tip as well worth. The food in the main restaurant was beautiful also I only ate there at breakfast & lunch. A little hotel shop on site if you have forgotten any amenities & a small clothes and luggage shop. Con’s - The front of house staff were quite abrupt and not very warm when arriving or leaving. Our room coffee’s & milks weren’t replenished over the 3 nights. I was working in my room most days the cleaners were reluctant to clean the room whilst I was there our bin overflowing by the last day from all the bottled water. The room aircon didn’t work so most morning you’d wake up in a sweat, and through the night the aircon would draw in cigarette smoke into the room. (Someone must have been smoking near by the inlet). The sheets on the bed were clean but ripped in places & the pillows the same. The hotel was a good standard for the price!

Although a bit difficult to get to from the new airport, the White Palace Hotel greeted me with exceptional customer service and professionalism 👌🏼 The desk representatives were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This made up for my exhausting day of travel with my toddler. They even upgraded my room to a suite. Everything was very new and clean. The breakfast was buffett style of little finger things like different types of cheese and crackers, yougurt, olives, etc. Great for the price! *Must note that many things in this area are changing because of the relocation of the international airport, like the presence of free shuttle servic, for example. So information from 3rd parties may not be accurate for a little while.
