bathroom specialy toilet wasnt tidy! Staff were perfect, flexible and kind. Good for stay for expo business trips. Recommanding howewer there are issus to improve.

The property is uncomfortable , unsafe, and dirty. The staff is unfriendly and do not speak one work of English. Once you enter the room assigned to you - you can feel it is unsafe and dirty. No parking area around the property and the elevator always under maintenance. Why should you stay in a place like this if other options are available. Stay away from this hotel and search for a better one.

Our flight was rescheduled and the manager let us change our date for free last minute so we really appreciate that. Our room was actually one in a 3 connecting room and the sound proof is pretty bad we can hear the tv and the talking of the next room very clear. We booked non smoking room but the room next door smoked and it got through the door crack and we had to stick towels under the door so problem solved. Staffs are very nice and helpful.

***In terms of cleanliness, the meat is good and nice. The hotel's location is central. It is close to public transportation. The hotel is in a reliable location. The employees are very attentive when you have a problem or ask about something. It is my reason for choosing it again.
