The hotel located in the street with heavy traffic all day and night long, terrible smog way felt as well. Breakfast was ONLY sweet and very very basic. Not good value for money. Otherhwise thé room was clean.

We booked a superior room with balcony or terrace. We were given small room with broken window and flakey ceiling. Asked where the balcony was we were told there isnt one! Room two better but plaster coming of the walls Room three better but tiere Complained to management who miraculously found us a lovely clean new modern room with terrace Then dinner! Disaster was told didnt need to reserve. Sat down to be asked to move. Table we moved from was sea view. We were moved to middle of restaurant whilst a number of seaview tables remained empty all night! We have already paid for our meal so shouldn't it be first come first served! Day one ! Could this holiday get any worse

This hotel is the point of reference for our holidays in Ischia. A high quality-price ratio, the seafront room always clean, with fridge, air conditioning, large equipped terrace always make us come back. We only use breakfast (a heartfelt thank you to the maitre Massimo and Giada) which offers sweet and savory in the beautiful room overlooking the sea. Greetings to the "pillars" of the hotel Annamaria and Imma who carry out their work with professionalism. We'll see you again in September!

excellent location, the room next to the reception, not soundproofed, you can hear everything that happens outside, 2 nights €450.00 for 2, too much. spa center for up to 10 people. good breakfast, but not excellent, because it was not explained well by the staff, you could take advantage of freshly prepared dishes, but no one informs you.

I had already been to this property a few years ago and I had a fair memory... enviable location but unfortunately it is the only strong point. Reception at the reception was cold to the limits of courtesy, but what has gotten so much worse is the cuisine: minimal breakfast, dinner really poor in quantity and quality, the first courses are barely decent, but the second courses and side dishes are terrible... also the buffet (also taken assaulted by ravenous guests!) once finished it was not supplied with the same dishes, but with what they "made up" in the kitchen. The cleanliness is just sufficient in the rooms which are now dated and not very functional... I even found a human tooth on the floor in the room.... Top rooms with sea view are preferable (at least the eye is satisfied!), and living room only (lunch and dinner in Ischia can also be found at affordable prices)

Stayed in this magnificent hotel with a huge park for jogging and long very relaxing and quiet walks with ample parking and swimming pools then the valet Lucio was really friendly and kind to all of us willing to help us do everything highly recommended

The structure should certainly be improved both in the service (change of towels every other day, little availability at the reception as well as in the restaurant which is not attentive to the needs of people with intolerances) and in the structure, one wing recalls the 70s, except for the typical floors of the area. The self-service food offers dishes of poor quality and limited quantity. I don't know which feature gives it 4 stars: the swimming pool (however small) or the location. Really disappointing structure and stay.
