Compliments to the staff

It's a great shame not to enhance a tree with an excellent location! Dilapidated building, neglected and lacking maintenance (broken and dirty skirting boards, paint peeling from the wall both internally and externally etc....) Despite having paid for a superior sea view (partial view!!!!) the rooms are small and without comfort. The canteen, because that's what you can call it, terrible with staff, especially the second course attendant, rude and disrespectful. Despite having paid for full board I am forced to go for lunch and dinner elsewhere. Shame

I don't usually write negative reviews, because I usually prefer not to be cruel, but here we found ourselves at the limit. We stayed for 5 days in this hotel, which is really not 4 stars. Rude and unclear staff to any request. I will only mention the question regarding the ZTL: we had rented scooters, and the hotel in question is located inside the ZTL. Both the police and the rental shop specified that the hotel could have granted authorization through the municipality, for our license plates to pass through that area. After the first request made at the hotel, we were told that this was not possible, and only insisting on the second day seeing that there were other rented scooters parked in the building, in the end it was done. I understand that the period did not help, but reaching such a level of exhaustion that necessarily spills over to the guests is not admissible. English: Welcomed in a room that should have been for three people, bordering on a horror movie, overlooking the outside of the kitchen, without even the air conditioning working and with a third bed/camp bed clearly placed there afterwards, we asked to change rooms, which we were only able to do the following day. The rest of the structure equally leaves much to be desired. A swimming pool that is suitable for a hotel with 20 guests, exaggerating, very small, poorly monitored and not adequately cleaned. Cleaning that leaves much to be desired even inside the rooms. On the third day, for example, we found some makeup scattered around the room. I won't comment on the food because fortunately we didn't even have half board but judging by the reviews the trend was the same. In any case, super poor breakfast and not very polite staff. On the first day we got off late at 9.36 with breakfast ending at 9.30. It had never happened to me that for just 6 minutes of delay the staff, even laughing in our faces, denied us the opportunity to consume even just a croissant (which was certainly left over in the kitchen). Terrible. The only positive note, the proximity to the main street and the sea, but be careful, the hotel does not have any kind of agreement with any beach, so you should equip yourself beforehand. An experience not to be repeated!

excellent location, the room next to the reception, not soundproofed, you can hear everything that happens outside, 2 nights €450.00 for 2, too much. spa center for up to 10 people. good breakfast, but not excellent, because it was not explained well by the staff, you could take advantage of freshly prepared dishes, but no one informs you.

A very central and super panoramic structure directly on the sea and also equipped with a swimming pool, friendly and discreet entertainment. Strategic location, clean rooms with excellent air conditioning, latest model curved LED TV, a small terrace overlooking the sea furnished with outdoor furniture, all at competitive prices which makes your stay on the magical green island even more pleasant.
