Nice and clean room.easy access to city and food

Dear Cititel Express Ipoh Team, I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with certain aspects of the service provided. 1. I had requested an extension of my stay, but my current room was not available. Despite my request to remain in the same room, I was informed this could not be arranged, and I was offered an unrenovated room instead. 2. Additionally, when I requested cutlery to be sent to my room, I was informed by the front desk that this service was not available. I was told that cutlery could only be used at the Level 12 restaurant. 3. Current room stay disappoint me at all. 4. Parking also been reserved for group of new customers. Such not fair for me. Overall, I found the service to be not very customer-friendly, which was quite disappointing. This experience has made me reconsider staying at your hotel in the future. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback.

I recently stayed at this newly renovated hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are beautifully designed with a modern touch, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. The smart features in the room, like the lighting and temperature controls, made my stay even more enjoyable.

Location is good - very near historical city center. Walking distance. Easy to drive out and also near to the train station. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and has all basic necessities. Nice renovation of the place. Value for money and will recommend.

Strategic location, opposite Ipoh Kinta Riverside, within walking distance to Concubine Lane, nearby cafes.

Great location and great customer service. Was able to check in earlier than anticipated. Hotel is close to old town and the heritage trail.

This room is quite small and the lobby check in is at level 12 , when you enter there will register your car plate and reception will scan the card and go up to level 12 and the queueeue is so long the counter is only two. I love their lobby design it's quite fascinating and pretty. The room is small and the pillow only has one. Stay one night still ok. It's near a famous street and walkable to a lot of famous food places.

Good location, 5-10mins walk to Ipoh old town, lots of heritage spots and delicious traditional food there. My room has a great river view. A clean and comfy hotel with affordable price.

Location is unbeatable- just opposite the padang and Concubine lane. Convenient store just below the hotel if you need any snacks. The rooms are comfortable, toilet might be a little squeeze but sufficient for our needs. Staff and security was always friendly and pleasant.

The room that i booked its quite spaces and really comfortable. The view of the room is also nice. The hotel location is at the centre of Ipoh, where you can walk to Concubine Lane and also to the Padang Ipoh. The interior design of hotel reception and cafe at level 12 is also beautiful.

Newly renovated hotel, so the design is very nice. Cleanliness ok, location near to city which is very convenient. Limited parking so have to park at the opposite building space (but walkable distance).

Rooms were nice and clean, location was great, and staff were friendly! Would recommend for a short trip to Ipoh, especially if travelling by train.

Very clean and new hotel as it is recently refurbished. Good breakfast and excellent view from the breakfast dining area. Excellent service from staff.

This place is conveniently located near Panglima Lane, and the room offers a nice river view. Instead of providing bottled water, there’s a refill station outside the room, which is a thoughtful eco friendly touch. Staying here for a night or two is perfect for exploring Ipoh. Soon Yuen’s dim sum is a must try, especially their Lau Sha Pau, which is simply delicious.
