Overall this hotel is a good budget hotel. Room & bathroom are clean. Staffs are friendly. It's a walking distance to Ipoh town.

Location is superb 10/10 , in town centre of Brinchang . However lobby is located at 1st floor , that's confusing . Parking is limited below hotel . You may enquire Hotel for Level 1 below basement hotel or Billion parking mall using special Entry barcode . It's confusing even hotel owner and stuff didn't bother to explain . Its owner attitude is arrogant but staff is Okay 👍 . Its really worth staying here at this price , though breakfast is not included .

Overall it’s a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and plenty of parking. Unfortunately the room was quite dusty when we entered, our feet is full of dust and a small cockroach at the corner. Then again, for this kind of price we truly didn’t expect much. The lobbyist is kind enough to lend us the cleaning supplies to clean the floor again. Toilet is good and everything works well. Bedding is clean as well and there are a lot of electrical ports at both side of the bed for us to charge our phones. There’s only a bar and a high class restaurant nearby, so in order to have meals we must drive out.

for business travel ok lar kot... big room, satisfied... but in the middle of the night there is a little strange noise in the room...😵💫 Walk in price is cheaper then trip.com.. walk in price is only rm100 for a king bed, but we booked on trip.com for rm 148😖😖😖😖 feel sorry

The only thing is that you are not lucky When you encounter an elevator that is broken You have to climb the stairs The room is on the fourth floor ... It is still very good!

I strongly recommend English comfort house if you’re looking for a good place for staying in Ipoh. Although it is not located near to the city centre of Ipoh, but you can easily access it if you’re driving. The house provides you with everything that you need. comfort beds, high speed internet, food and drinks, board games, and etc. Rachel responded promptly to questions and provided clear instructions for check in/out procedures. You will surely want to continue staying with them again next time when you are back to Ipoh.

The location very good. You can walk to many famous restaurants in Ipoh old town. All not more than ten minute, very convenient. House is very big and bed is comfortable. But the smell from the sewer is very strong and extremely unpleasant. It helped when you close the toilet’s door. Not much soundproof,you can hear other guests walking and chatting at the corridor. It can be quite noisy in the morning and night when people passing by. The design of the car park is a nightmare. It’s octagon shaped - really challenging when you drive the car up to level 7 in one go. The management team quite approachable. They will collect RM300 for damage deposit through credit card. And will return in 1-2 days after your check out. ( I haven’t checked if I received the return).
