I stayed in family room with 5 people which is me, my husband and my 3 children. The room was not really spacious but it was fine for me..there was some space for us to pray. Room with 2 spacious double was very comfort.
Bathroom was ok. Tv with basic chanel of MYTV. The hotel was in front of AEON MALL so it was so good. No lift so no suit if there is senior citizen. No kettle in the room but the hotel provided water filter outside room for each level. Ironing kit was was first floor. Overal was ok, fast check in. Prepare Rm100 for deposit. Cannot checkout late than 12pm. Check in 2pm. Tq

Dirty room!! Our trip to this hotel was welcoming by a few cockroaches. The pillow is yellowish and the floor is so dusty. The surrounding of the hotel also not so good because it is full of trashes and so smelly. The only good point at this hotel is, it is really close to the aeon mall.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

Near Aeon Mall and Lotus. Also near Nasi Kandar place, even if you arrived late at night. Def the centre for everything you need. Before I check in, I want to find the ATM because I need a deposit, so I called the hotel 2/3 times but did not pickup. I want to ask how many deposits are needed. There are two people over there, but no one pickups. Also, after we check in, we call to ask about iron to use. I called using the telephone provided inside the room, and no one picked up. Then we decided to call using our own HP, and they picked up. I mean, what’s the point of having the phone to call the front desk but no one picks up???

Most of it are okay, but the room is a bit on the smaller side and there is an opening between the bathroom and bedroom which cause certain smells to travel through. overall an okay experience .
