Location strategy. High tea and breakfast fufill my expectations. Sure will come back next time.

Surprisingly, this became one of the hotel in my top 3 list that I ever stayed during my vacation. The room was clean and beautiful, the mattress was very comfortable. The staff there provided a very good service that he leaded us the way to our room, hotel did prepared a cake for us and put in our room even though we missed our teatime session. Hi

Thanks for the freebies, my son love it very much. Check in at 3.30pm, just good timing for high tea with my wife. Good service and environment, will stay in again if got planing another trip to Ipoh.

During checked in time, front desk request my car plate number, and my car park right in front hotel entrance, so I thought my car is save from authority. And there is security guard there. I left hotel 8:30am, but unfortunately my car was issue parking violation by authority. The breakfast is not tasty and variety is limited.

We booked the Chairman's Suite. Our kids have a blast in the jakuzi provided in the room. The hotel might not be a 4 star rating but the staff and service is beyond 5 star. Definitely will be coming here next year.

suited for honeymoon. the breakfast is delicious and have many types. nasi lemak, fried rice, fried rice vermicelli, roti canai, scrambled egg, sausage, toasted bread, porridge, coco crunch, fruits, cornflakes, coffee, orange juice, plain water, wedges and others. we also got free hi tea (served cake, greentea, coffee), tshirt, angpau cny.
