On one particular evening, when my daughter was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital, the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Not only did they send their limousine driver to ferry my daughter to and from the hospital, but they also arranged for a thoughtful delivery of porridge and a fruit platter for her recovery, which was sent by the hotel for the following two days. This compassionate gesture was a reflection of the personal touch that M Roof Hotel prides itself on. The staff’s proactive kindness and genuine concern for my family’s well-being truly elevated our stay from a simple visit to an unforgettable experience. This is the place where i felt safe when i go to Ipoh. As usually the front office always excellent, no deposit because i already settle the payment before, but have to pay 2 night tourism tax cost rm6. As enter the spacious room with king size bed, the linen was comfy and clean. Also got bath tub and rain shower. But i realise the ventilation fan not working. Lotion, syampoo and shower gel attached to the wall. No tooth brush. 2 free water bottle per day. Got iron and iron board, the wardrobe was big. Got hair dryer and refrigerator. I also order the room service which it cost me rm17 nett. Beef lasagna with salad, desert and free drink. Not bad. Will come again to this hotel if i come to Ipoh.😁

Our regular hotel whenever we visit Ipoh. We like the convenient location as the hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall Ipoh Parade. The rooms are spacious and clean with adequate amenities. An in-room water filter dispenser is provided for you to refill the water jugs whenever needed. The breakfast spread provided is amazing! I particularly like the nasi lemak. This time around, supper between 11pm to 12mn was provided too. We would definitely go back to stay again.

Spacious room for the same category of hotel. Room amenities also complete. They even gave local snack food n 2 cans of carbonated drinks. Hotel didn't provide bottle drinking water but at every floor, 2 units of water dispenser were placed and the filtered water taste good. Only one bad thing, room's window sound proofing were poor. Can hear noise from outside of window.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Wifi in room totally do not exist. Have to go to the lobby for wifi. Was told that they having wifi problems. Can log in but no internet. Very basic hotel facilities. Stay here if you are taking advantage of the location.

The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, a mini-fridge, and a work desk. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the food was delicious. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered a great view of the city. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Ipoh. For the price, this hotel offers exceptional value. M Boutique Hotel is a charming and unique boutique hotel that left a lasting impression on us during our second stay. The location is fantastic, with one of Ipoh's most famous curry noodle spots just next door. The room was comfortable and well-designed, making for a pleasant stay. On the night of our arrival, we encountered an issue with the hot water, but after contacting the front desk, the problem was resolved promptly and efficiently. Overall, a delightful experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ipoh!

The experience was great. Just one small note, I asked for the bottles of water to be put in the fridge, they did not do it. The facilities look nice. Nearby restaurants have tasty food.

The room is clean but old. The daily necessities are standard for a three-star hotel in Malaysia. It is very strange that the entrance of this hotel is not the main entrance facing the street. To enter and exit, you have to transfer to a lift to go to another building, which is very inconvenient.

Satisfying and the best choice to stay here. The staff here are very friendly, very helpful and customer friendly. The service here is very efficient and always our top choice. Highly recommend to those out there if they want a comfortable stay in Ipoh. Many halal and delicious restaurants and hotspots around this hotel. Close to highway PLUS access. It's fun and worth it.
