Ios Grand Pool Suites

WOW! Had an amazing 9 nights in the super establishment! The 1bed with private pool room we had just amazed with its outside space and views! The 'hotel' sits at the top of the cliff and is part of a larger hotel that sits below it, you can also use the 'main' hotels services, but you really do not need (or even want) to as the suite has everything you need. All the main staff were amazing, nothing seemed too much trouble. If I were to pick a fault it would be the bathroom is a tad small and the 'cleaning' each day could have been better.

We, along with all our guests, stayed at the Ios Palace Hotel for our daughters wedding in June 2024 where everyone had a great stay. We rated the hotel and the island so highly that my wife and I decided to return for a holiday without the stress of a wedding in June this year (2025). Deciding to push the boat out and give ourselves a treat, we stayed in the Ios Grand Pool Suites which are annexed to the hotel. The suites have everything you could wish for, beautiful rooms, spacious outside space, comfortable outdoor furniture, infinity pool and glorious views of the bay, plus you have access to all the other facilities the hotel offers. The breakfast service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for the Chef and the room service meals were really good and reasonably priced (unlike many hotels we have stayed in!!). We don't intend to mention any staff by name as everyone, from reception staff, spa staff, room service, cleaners, gardeners to bar staff were a joy. A special mention must go to to the manager Dimitrios, he was always around the hotel and suites, always approachable and took the time to ensure that everything was ok and that we were enjoying our stay. It did seem that the positivity and customer service delivered by all the staff was a reflection of what was coming down from the management team. Both the Hotel and the Suites offer first class accommodation and everything you would want for a fabulous holiday on a beautiful island. Thank you to everyone.

Opted for the Panoramic Suite and it was spectacular. The terrace was the best part of the stay. There was a refrigerator and wet bar along with a large lounge, large dining table along with two other chairs. Outside the living room was another 4 seat table for evening sundowners. Fabulous large pool with two in pool chairs. The breakfast in room service was excellent as well and very enjoyable out on the terrace. In room facilities were perfect as well. Best part of our three week trip. Now a part of Hyatt via the Mr. & Mrs. Smith boutique hotel chain. Highly recommended.

The new section of Ios Palace Hotel. Ios Grand Suites all’ with private pools and breathtaking views on the magnificent island of Ios, Cyclades Greece. One of those places where the views are so awesome that you feel so close to God! Peaceful , relaxing , good service permitting you to stay in the room and enjoy the views and the pool all day. A true holiday. Private and away from the noise of the rest of the island. Ideal for meditation , like a little retreat where you may choose to be in peace while you always have the option to enjoy the sandy beaches and the crystalline waters of this island. If you want a comfortable & chic stay while being in an easy going and authentic island, this is your place.

My wife and I visited for our wedding anniversary, there is no picture I can show or anything I can say to help you understand how amazingly beautiful IOS Grand Pool Suites is, you’ve really got to go to experience this feeling. Arrival, the place is so chilled lovely refreshing drink, breakfast unbeatable with a massive selection and absolutely delicious delivered every morning to your private balcony. The suite is huge and classy, then when you walk outside to be greeted by your own private infinity pool is just WOW. THE POOL IS HUGE 👌🏻👍🏻 Your private outdoor area, dining table under a lovely sun covering ,Corner sofas, out door fridge, sun loungers that stay in the shallow end of the pool to sunbath and relax. The view is breathtaking. Great location near to all towns with restaurants and bars right overlooking the amazing beach. Staff are absolutely superb, from start to finish they made us feel so special and we really didn’t want to leave. Nothing is too much, before our arrival I arranged for a romantic room set up which was beautiful, Adriana Vieru a massive thank you for this also thank you so much for arranging our quad bike, cocktail bar evening followed by a sensational meal you booked for us at Agostos. Your a credit to IOS Grand pool suites. A massive thank you to Christos Platanitis the reservations manager, an absolute gentleman, Christos booked our suite and liaised with me all the way from booking until we finished our holiday. Your a special credit to IOS Grand pool suites I’m still in touch with Christos and looking forward to speaking with him as we want to come back in May with our kids. We loved our stay at this property, the private pool suite was amazing, spacious, comfortable & so clean Breakfast was served (with a smile) in the room each morning at a time of our choosing, a wonderful breakfast spread that we consumed on the outside table looking at the amazing view, Dimitrious & his front office team were fantastic, friendly, professional & helpful,the whole team were excellent in this hotel, we loved it & are planning another trip this year
