"Pros: We booked the Premiere Twin Room and it was so spacious and nice. The beds are too cozy and comfortable too. Complete with towels, brush and blower. Close to the city corporate center. A lot of restaurants near the area. Cons: The breakfast buffet has limited choices and not worth the price. There is also no or limited parking since it is in front of a busy street.  But overall, we had a nice stay."

"Great service. Gym is well equipped and clean. Housekeeping is attentive and friendly. Close to century shopping centre. Did not give bathrobe for use. Otherwise, great hotel at good value."

"I’ve stayed at New World several times, and what impresses me the most is their consistency in service. Even with changes in management, the quality of care and hospitality has remained the same—always excellent. From check-in to check-out, everything feels seamless and professional. The staff are attentive, warm, and make sure every stay is comfortable. And I have to mention their bathrobes they’re unbelievably cozy! New World continues to deliver the same superb service I’ve come to expect, and that’s exactly what keeps me coming back. Truly one of the best experiences every time!"

"We had a great experience during our stay. The room was very spacious and comforting, which made it easy to relax. The hotel itself wasn’t crowded, so it felt peaceful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the pool – very clean and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV. It would be great if the hotel considers upgrading this in the future to enhance the in-room entertainment experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay – would definitely return!"

"All good, the price is very good compared with others within the area . With such a good price not much can be complaints as it has a heater, fridge, fan, aircon although it might be a pretty old model but good to have. The locker is also available although I did not try it. The door lock is an old style key but many CCTV around everywhere hence nothing needed to worry about. The wifi is available but the password really needs to be tried a few times as every floor and left and right have different. But it is functioning well."

"We left the room in the morning and returned at night to find that my husband’s newly opened Hugo Boss perfume, which was almost full (around 98%), had noticeably been used and was only about 80% full. In addition, one towel was taken and not replaced, so we had to share a single towel. There was also a recurring noise in the room every minute, and we couldn’t identify where it was coming from. On a positive note, the location of the place is good."
