For the hotel this price, I don't really expect about the service quality, but here is below my expectation. I went there with my Chinese friends, so I'm not sure if they had any service attitude towards Chinese or not. However, the room condition is nice as well as the location. You need to take off your shoes before going to the room; it's understandable anyway. But yeah.. just about the service. Hope it can be improved.

First of all, the location is really good. It is very convenient for dining and shopping. The only drawback is that there is no Chinese waiter at the front desk. You need software to communicate, but it is still smooth. The hygiene can only be said to be average. There is dust on the mirror and residual hair on the carpet. The room was very clean, and the shower was very big and comfortable! The mattress was also quite soft, but the soundproofing was not very good, and I could hear the noise outside the door. However, the hotel's airport pick-up service was great, and we could get pick-up for both late and early flights, which was very convenient and fast. The price of more than 200 yuan per room was very cost-effective, and it was also very close to Baojian Road in the city center. Recommended!

The room facilities are OK. Compared to the previous trips to Seoul, where there was no place to put my feet, this one is considered big! The hotel has an airport pick-up service, and the pick-up and drop-off are very good! The hotel front desk lady's English is average, but there seems to be a handsome guy who is OK! It is very close to Baojian Road, and you can just walk to go shopping and find food every day! It is also very convenient to duty-free shops! The price is not expensive! Very suitable for the whole family! There is also a 7-11 downstairs. I stayed for 4 consecutive days. The cleaning lady gave me a different towel every day...sometimes big, sometimes small...The funniest thing is that on the last day, she took an alarm clock and rang it at the door of my room...I guess she wanted to wake me up to check out early. This is a deduction! Everything else is OK

Nice view through out the room window, we can see the jeju airport with beautiful sea view. I reserved the deluxe room with double bed. The location of this hotel is really good and convenient to buy daily necessities at the nearby CU store. We can find many local restaurants with grilled pork, grilled fish which are not expensive and many local korean also have meals there. Inside the room, the washing sink is installed outside the bathroom which is also convenient for couple or family use. The room is spacious and surely I will visit there again and reserve the room at this hotel again.

AAnonymous UserWonderful experience staying at Jeju Ollero for three nights! The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and the unit was very well-kept with an amazing sea view. McDonalds and Lotteria were a stone's throw away. Taking public transport (bus) around took some time to navigate using Kakao app or Naver map, but overall it was very doable. Highly recommended for tourists who appreciate a leisurely homestay!

Reception could be more friendly towards guests instead of being robots just doing their job without any smile and welcoming feeling. Also if you ask them any query reply will not be so friendly.
Jeju Lotte city experience was completely opposite to Seoul Lotte city hotel. Seoul team was awesome in hospitality. Jeju team doesn’t care.

KKSStayed in Rm 506. Quiet place , some stubborn stains on carpet floor. It was to be mountain view but alas not at all. Window facing building .Bring along toothbrush & toothpaste ( not provided ).
If driving ,pls slowly enter narrow carpark entrance.
Receptionist at hotel counter does not speak English but a lady staff who converse in Mandarin , helped.

GGuest UserThe landlady, though couldn't speak even a single Engish word, was really friendly and supportive. The room and public amenities were all very clean and spacious. It's located in the center of Jeju city, 15 mins by bus from Jeju international airport, and you can find it right on the big road. You can walk to the markets, shopping malls, and lighthouses nearby. Really worth the money.

BBancangyuziI stayed for three nights in total. I'll talk about some of the things I was not satisfied with so that everyone can avoid pitfalls.
The premium family room I booked has two beds, one large and one small. I was charged extra for the child, who was 11 years old. No matter how old the child is, three people in one room will be charged extra.
The air conditioner was super noisy and windy, a bit like embedding a non-silent wall-mounted machine on the top, just above the side bed, which seriously affected the quality of sleep.
Only one service staff member could speak Chinese, and all of them were older. They didn't look at you when talking to you, and they had a stern face. It felt very disrespectful. Only when you spoke in Korean would their attitude change.
The good thing is that there is a swimming pool, which is quite special. If you don't want to go out because of the heat, you can just stay in the hotel. There are also developed food around, such as porridge, fried chicken, supermarkets, and Lotte is also very close. In addition, the hotel is close to the beach. If young couples can come and stay, walk around.
In addition, in addition to the front desk, the cleaning aunt and the aunt in the breakfast cafeteria are very friendly, thumbs up.
