"Facilities: Excellent. The hotel comprises three buildings, each featuring its own onsen bath.
Cleanliness: Excellent.
Ambiance: Very good.
Service: Very good. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and thoughtful, taking the time to explain the hotel's layout and facilities to us.
The hotel boasts a prime location in Gero, a renowned onsen town, just a few minutes' walk (a few hundred meters) from the station. There are three onsen baths in total: one on the 9th floor, one on the 3rd, and one on the 1st. The 9th-floor onsen is open 24 hours, while the other two are accessible from 5 AM to midnight. The water quality of the onsen is superb, truly living up to the reputation of such a famous hot spring destination. A soak there makes you want to linger!
The hotel breakfast was generous and diverse, a Japanese-style buffet offering a wide selection of drinks that were always promptly replenished.
Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I would absolutely consider staying here again if I visit Gero in the future."
