On the way, I don’t know if any staff entered our room while we were having dinner and took away the teapot and teacups. It felt a bit unsafe and other people’s hair was found in the bath in the room.

Gero Hot Spring is one of the three famous hot springs in Japan. We booked a B&B with meals included in the morning and evening. Hida Wagyu, the hotel is definitely a big deal. Hot spring water quality. Smooth and cleanse the fat.

The room was very satisfactory and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The service was very good. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. However, it would be better if the shuttle bus service was more flexible because the location is always a little inconvenient for people pushing luggage.

The location is okay, the food is okay, but the soundproofing is very poor. As soon as we entered the room, we kept hearing the sound of walking and closing doors upstairs and next door. It didn't stop until late at night. And our room I arranged a storage isolation area, and the employees made a lot of noise when sorting things. We asked to change rooms, but the hotel said they were full and could not change rooms. The noise made by employees in the storage room has not improved either.
