"The room was quite large, the facilities and decor were nice, and it was beautiful, and the style was unique. However, the hotel staff was terrible. They even mistyped my last name in pinyin, as seen on my passport, which caused me to be unable to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi. I asked the staff if the meal purchases were deducted from the deposit, but they didn't know. Furthermore, they still haven't refunded my deposit after more than two weeks. They also didn't understand the hotel's rules, and many staff members didn't speak English well. The location was inconvenient, so I could only stay at the hotel for leisure. Getting anywhere else was difficult, and I had to take a taxi. It's quite remote, so it's fine for a vacation, but be careful—the staff are truly unreliable."
