"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Li Yu Hotel West Street in Yangshuo, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel itself is perfectly located just a short walk from the famous West Street, making it an ideal base for exploring the charming old town, vibrant night markets, and scenic spots along the Li River. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel maintains a calm and peaceful atmosphere, which is perfect after a day of sightseeing. The rooms are stylishly designed, clean, and spacious, with modern amenities and touches of traditional Chinese décor that give it a unique local charm. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, and thoughtful extras like complimentary tea, water, and quality toiletries. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay, which made it easy to plan my daily trips. "I would highly recommend this room to anyone who wants to really appreciate the spectacular views from this hotel. There's a private terrace with a swing that looks directly onto the mountains, a cold bath, sun loungers with parasol, outside seating, glass floor area and mirrored floor. The room itself has floor to ceiling windows, and windows in the roof with electronic blinds. On clear nights you can lie in bed and look up at the stars, and when it's raining the whole scenery becomes misty and atmospheric. The room is on the 5th floor with no lift, but the staff were extremely accommodating for me (I have an injury to my knee that made the stairs difficult), bringing my cases, food and drink to me whenever I needed it. It made my stay so much easier, and less painful. They were also great for recommendations and helping to make bookings."

The attention to detail was amazing! One of the highlights was the beautiful surprise they prepared for my girlfriend’s birthday delicious cakes and a beautifully decorated room. "From our mountain view room, we could see mountains stretching out in the distance, resembling plump bamboo shoots. Our guesthouse is ideally situated on Pantao Road, very close to Yangshuo West Street. The location is super convenient, with plenty of small shops and supermarkets right around the corner. Our stay was incredibly comfortable. Despite being close to the river, there was no humidity whatsoever. The room was wonderfully sun-drenched and warm during the day. It was also great to be able to do laundry in the evenings, with a washing machine and dryer available downstairs. The front desk staff were all lovely and always ready to assist with any queries or needs. We even rented electric bikes here and had a fantastic ride through the Ten-Mile Gallery!"

"This is a really great location with nice staff that will help you. They are good with helpful with almost everything other than food recommendations because they will just recommend their restaurant but that makes sense. Only thing that was a issue is they do not stop people from smoking in the hallways which can really stink and even tend to get in your room. They should put alarms in the hallway that go off to prevent this from happening."

"Extremely satisfied! This is hands down the best B&B in Xingping Ancient Town. The rooms are spotlessly clean and equipped with smart amenities. The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming, even accompanying us to experience cormorant fishing. You absolutely *must* try the meals prepared by the B&B's cook; they are incredibly delicious, and most importantly, everything is prepared hygienically. On our first day, we didn't realize the B&B offered meals, and after eating out, we unfortunately suffered from food poisoning upon returning. The thoughtful hostess even prepared millet porridge for us. The next day, we wisely decided to eat all our meals at the B&B. Overall, this B&B was a major highlight of our trip. We liked it so much we even extended our stay for an extra night."

It's just a 1-minute walk to Qing'e Ferry Pier for bamboo rafting. To the right, it's a 5-minute walk to the Big Banyan Tree and 10 minutes to Jūlóngtán Park. To the left, it's a 5-minute walk to Gongnong Bridge and the Aviation Experience Base. Being perfectly situated within the Ten-Mile Gallery, you're treated to breathtaking mountain views from the moment you step out and stunning scenery from your window – absolutely wonderful! Plenty of dining options are available nearby, offering a wide variety of choices, along with shops for daily essentials. JJaney123This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. You feel relaxed as soon as you step into your room. On top of that the staff are absolutely delightful. On the last couple days, I fell very sick and had to be sent to the hospital. The staff were so kind, in particular 罗师傅 and 小何。both of them came inside with me and made sure I was seen and helped to translate and pick up medicine as I am not familiar with the process here in China. It would have been an even more stressful experience without their help there. 小何 had to pick up extra medicine for me and refused to take money back from me. I don't know how to repay their kindness. When we got back to the hotel from the hospital, 小何 made sure to send some congee up to my room. At breakfast the next day, 小容 promptly greeted me and asked if I was feeling better. As I could only stomach plain congee, she packed some small snacks that are easy on the stomach so I could take and snack on throughout the day so I wouldn't get hungry. Thank you so much to all the staff here. I will visit yangshuo again and will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is simply amazing. The rooms are beautiful with the smallest details well thought out for your convenience. The lobby, restaurant, and outside area are also beautiful and decorated with taste. The view is magnificent. It's so tranquil at this resort. It's a small hotel so there are not a lot of people, which is why I think the hotel staff is able to pay attention to every single detail. The service is even better. There was one person who spoke English and she was very helpful. We were able to communicate with everyone else through WeChat group. They have both local and Western breakfast options, which are made for you within 5 minutes of ordering, so it's fresh. The midnight snacks are delicious. But the staff goes even further. I thought it was very cute for them to notice little things. For example, first day we left out chili peppers from our lunch, so the next day, they excluded them from the meal without asking or leaving a cleaning cloth next to my reading glasses. The staff really pays attention and makes your stay even better. This is more than a 5 star hotel.

This was one of our best experiences in China. I would recommend this place to anyone. The villa/farmhouse we stayed in is perfect for big groups. The villa/farmhouse has 5 big bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower and western toilet. The food at the hotel was brilliant! The courtyard in front was lovely in the mornings for breakfast, and the restaurant on the roof was amazing in the evening, looking over the mountains. We loved it, will definitely be back there soon! Thank you for an amazing stay and friendly hospitality.

The hotel is right by the Lijiang River. Standing on the balcony, you can enjoy the scenery of the Lijiang River. The architectural style of the hotel is unique. The decoration in the room is elegant, making people feel a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The service staff of the hotel are extremely warm and friendly. From check-in to check-out, every link makes me feel at home. In particular, the reception staff at the front desk are not only considerate in service but also very patiently answered all my questions. The hotel's facilities are very complete, with facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, and SPA, allowing me to maintain health and vitality even during my trip. I also participated in some special experience activities. For example, the SPA project reserved at the hotel made me completely relax. In general, this stay experience in Yangshuo, Guilin is extremely wonderful!

The location is super good, in the countryside but close to a few restaurants, shops, electrical bike rent, and some scenic spots but also at 10/15 min driving from yangshuo city. The room was huge, as was the bathroom as well, the bed was super comfortable and the bathtub with the view as the balcony was priceless. The staff is really nice and they speak English so the communication was easy. Breakfast with traditional guilin noodles was also super good, highly recommended

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts stylish decor and spotlessly clean rooms. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make our trip comfortable and convenient. A special highlight was the rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking panoramic views of West Street. We were also pleasantly surprised when the bar staff offered us complimentary drinks. Highly recommended!
