This was such a lovely hotel and one of my favorites to ever stay at. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, and you could tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining the property. The room itself had amazing views and the amenities were top notch. I hope to visit and stay again one day.

Stayed for two days and really didn't want to leave 😭
📍 The location is absolutely amazing, and the entire hotel is simple yet clean, with great aesthetics!
👏 The service deserves high praise – the butler group chat is truly not just for show. Any request we mentioned casually was answered and handled instantly. It felt so good to be valued.
🍽️ The food was also excellent, and the best part is that there's afternoon tea every day from 2 PM to 4 PM! Sitting by the pool, holding a cup of tea and gazing at the mountains – who can understand that feeling...
Thank you for the warm hospitality these past two days, I'll definitely be back!

The view is spectacular! There’s also a self-service laundry area, which is very convenient for travellers. The unlimited transfer service to West Street was another great perk and made getting around much easier.

I had a wonderful stay in the LS Hotel greatly thanks to the housekeepers Lili and Reina they were so helpful and always contactable, their attentive and caring attitude made the stay even better since they were always there to tend to my needs. The hotel its self is in a beautiful location overlooking the picturesque mountain scene of yanshuo, definitely a must if you’re planning on staying in this town. The 30 min complimentary photo shoot was also very nice my photographer was so attentive and invested in getting the best shots which I loved. Thank you for the amazing stay, hope to see you again soon.
