The service is great. The ladies on duty at different times at the front desk are very polite. Especially the lady at the front desk named Wu. I wanted to get another room card. I checked the information carefully before taking the card. It was very considerate and the takeout was delivered. I will use it. The little robot helps bring it up. The environment is great. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the entrance of Wumeng Prairie, though it’s a bit farther from the exit. I’d recommend staying here the night before entering Wumeng Prairie. The area feels quite remote, as it’s in a small town, which gives it a peaceful atmosphere.
Food:
They serve a delicious breakfast, all cooked by the hotel owner couple themselves. You can even order lunch and dinner from them. I especially loved their eggplant dish!
Service:
The service was excellent. There’s no elevator since the hotel only has a few floors, but a strong young lady helped carry our luggage up to the room, which was much appreciated. When we had a car issue, the hotel owner kindly came to help us figure it out. The kindness from the Guizhou people has been a highlight of our trip.
Room:
We loved our room—it had a cozy couch and a separate sleeping area. There was no air conditioning, but it wasn’t needed as the weather inside was cool and comfortable.
