設施：設施非常齊全，用起來也很舒服，衹是地暖實在太熱了，又無法關閉，房間温度達到28度以上，讓人一個晚上都沒休息好，就一個桑拿的感覺。 衞生：總體來説衞生還是挺乾淨的，毛巾浴巾也是乾淨柔軟。然而洗浴用品卻沒仔細檢查更換，上個客人用過的留着頭髮的沐浴露仍然放着，潤膚露也是用了一半的。這麼好的酒店，這麼好的硬件設施，出現這樣的服務失誤有點可惜了。 環境：環境非常優美，特別是晚上燈光璀璨，水中倒影演繹出一副美麗畫卷。酒店很大，早上閑步走來，草地、樹木，假山，水池非常愜意。 服務：服務還是挺認真的，從酒店大堂到每棟客房樓都有電頻車接送。早餐也挺豐富。

超級滿意，是朋友推薦的，沒想到環境那麼好，外出旅遊開了一天的車真的好累。一入大堂就給人豪華大氣的感覺，在前台辦理了入住，服務員還用觀光車把我們一家人送到樓棟門口。房間面積寬敞，床品乾淨柔軟，洗漱間還是雙洗漱台，帶陽台，值得一提的是，早餐很豐富，大人和小朋友們都很開心，比心比心。

圖一是早餐廳望出去的假山和風車，早餐很好，但是沒有咖啡，或者説沒有咖啡機（是兑制咖啡）。圖6的中庭夜景也是非常好看的。13元升級的豪華大床房，空間感不錯。距離高速下道口很近，非常適合過路遊客。

來盤州很喜歡住的酒店，離高速口很近，下高速就是五分鐘，到市區也很方便 開車十分鐘，盤州好吃的很多，推薦幹鍋牛肉。

給出的分完全是因為覺得硬件設施對得起價格了 但工作人員和服務簡直一塌糊塗 白瞎了酒店整體環境了 本來還想給個四分吧 但早上退房時出現的插曲讓人跌破眼鏡
