"I would say this particular Holiday Inn Express services had exceeded beyond my expectation. Whatever request you may have, the staff will go beyond their incredible ability to ensure your needs and requests are taken care of. Over and over again and Consistently. I attribute this to the Great tutelage under their impressive General Manager. I will highlight a few names to whom I am grateful for their outstanding assistance. "We recently stayed at Kepinski Hotel Guiyang for two nights.We enjoyed our family themed room layout, nice and clean, with children themed design and a play tent, slide, etc. They provided a nice breakfast, which is a diverse buffet, Chinese and western mix. Staff are super warm and friendly. The greatest provision from the hotel is service; they always ask you if you need anything and then they provide what you require. There is a restaurant I have to highly recommend because the food is tasty, presented like art, and staffs serve you like a VIP. Unfortunately the swimming pool is not available due to renovation at the time we stayed."

"The hotel room is clean and nice just like the other Novotel hotels around the world. The buffet breakfast spread at The Square is reasonably good. The housekeeping staff did perform well in maintaining the room clean. There are many restaurants nearby the hotel, particularly the ‘underground’ (technically below the road junction) restaurants. The West Zhongshan Metro line 1 (Exit E) is about 7 minutes walk and then use Entrance D and Exit C of the underpass stairs/elevator to proceed to the Hotel passing Uniqlo and the restaurant with the hanging Panda. Will stay again at this hotel if visit Guiyang in future."

"Facilities: The interior and exterior decoration are more European-style, just like a small castle; the breakfast restaurant and cafe are also very artistically decorated, and the food is pretty good. There is porridge, noodles, eggs, and fried rice for breakfast, which is filling; Hygiene: Overall it is clean, but the carpet is not completely hygienic and there is some dust in the corners; Transportation: Close to the district government, close to the subway and Quanhu Park, it is very convenient; Environment: Outside the window of the apartment is a villa area, and there are chickens crowing at around 5 o'clock in the morning. Although this is not a problem of the hotel itself, it does affect sleep; Price: The price is very favorable; Summary: The price-performance ratio is high. This is my second time here. I recommend cleaning the carpets and corners of the room and coordinating the problems of surrounding residents raising chickens."

"I had a beautiful stay in this hotel. The location is convenient, a couple minutes walk from a metro station (exit B) and about 15 minutes to the railway stations. There is food all around, and a shopping center across. The staff is very friendly and gave me a free upgrade when I arrived. The room I had a bathtub next to the window overlooking the best views in the city - I could see all the trendy night views. I went to the actual locations and the views were no match for what I could see from my window (plus, no crowds!) The room has a nice projector and great lighting for viewing. The internet is fast and I didn’t have any issues streaming. There is some noise so the windows should be kept closed at night because there’s a lot of traffic noise. Highly recommended and I’ll stay here again if I return."

"Traveling for the convenience of the hotel, but unexpectedly satisfied. The room is very spacious, the view is very good, the location is also very good, the supermarket and food street downstairs are particularly convenient, the front desk girl is particularly good at serving, the room type is upgraded when you check in, and breakfast and water are delivered when you check out. "This stay exceeded our expectations. It was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Guiyang. The lobby was beautifully decorated, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. I especially want to commend Lili and Lanlan for their exceptional service. They even provided us with excellent Guizhou travel assistance during our stay, which was beyond our expectations. The breakfast was also very generous and open until 1:00 p.m. There's a subway station downstairs, making transportation very convenient. I added their WeChat and they sent me an amazing travel guide. They were so thoughtful! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Guiyang. "We were really satisfied with the room design – it was both Instagrammable and comfortable, and the view was absolutely lovely! The location of the hotel is quite good too – just around a 12-minute walk to the metro or bus, which made getting around the city very convenient. Special thanks to the captain during breakfast; his service was truly top-notch. He consistently checked on guests with a warm smile, which made our mornings even better. Also, a big shoutout to Rabby for kindly assisting us when we asked about taking the bus around the city – really helpful! There was just one issue we encountered during our stay. On the first day, we noticed that the hair conditioner couldn’t be pumped out and the hair dryer wasn’t functioning well. After we reported it, the team responded quickly by providing bottled conditioner and a replacement hair dryer – which we appreciated. However, a few days later, housekeeping took away the replacement conditioner bottles, and we were left without any again. When we brought it up a second time, the team finally discovered that the original conditioner pump was broken and fixed it immediately. While we’re happy with how quickly the staff responded, we do feel that for a 5-star hotel, it’s important to ensure that room amenities are checked thoroughly before guests check in. Overall, we still had a great experience and appreciate the excellent service from the team!"
