"We had a wonderful stay as a family. The hotel contacted us before arrival, which made check-in very smooth, and even upgraded us to a room with a beautiful city view. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day and replenished fresh toiletries. The location is excellent—close to the city center, shopping malls, restaurants, and plenty of local food stalls. The front desk lady was especially kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Highly recommended!"

"The location is absolutely fantastic, with direct subway and bus access right downstairs. The front desk staff were attentive and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. The mattress was incredibly comfortable for sleeping, and the hairdryer had powerful airflow. Breakfast is served until 1 PM, and the complimentary drinks were a pleasant surprise. The self-service laundry room was a lifesaver for washing clothes. My only suggestion is that the tables in the rooms could be a bit larger; they look nice but lack practicality."

Janice from Guest Relations provided excellent service; she was attentive to guest needs, proactively offered travel suggestions, and patiently answered all questions. Her service was both meticulous and warm. The hotel boasts a prime location in the city center, and rooms on higher floors offer expansive views. From up high, you get panoramic vistas of the city and the Nanming River, with the nighttime lights creating a fantastic ambiance. The French-inspired decor is full of quality. The superb views, convenient location, and the thoughtful service from the Guest Relations team left me thoroughly satisfied. I could even see Jiaxiu Tower from my hotel room, and it was a short, convenient walk to both Jiaxiu Tower and Minsheng Road!"

"The service was quite good, and any requests were promptly addressed. The cleanliness was also satisfactory, and it was relatively quiet with convenient access to transportation. However, the facilities seemed a bit dated, and the quality of toiletries like shampoo was subpar. The breakfast was rather simple (not as good as the Yingbin Building at Guizhou Hotel), and there were no instructions for the safe. I hope these areas can be improved."

"Although the entrance is small, the hotel is surprisingly spacious inside, with a cute pet restaurant on the 5th floor where you can dine while playing. There are interesting animals like alpacas, sika deer, squirrels, ducks, goats, and parrots. The hotel is also very close to Qingyun Market, making it suitable for travelers transiting in Guiyang on their first day."

"Facilities: The room facilities were not only basic but also of very poor quality. The toilet seat cover wasn't the right size, and the bedding was terrible – the pillows were flat and soft. When asked if they had latex or buckwheat bedding, they said it hadn't arrived yet… Cleanliness: The glass, mirrors, lights, and floors were all spotless. Environment: Located in a residential alleyway, the shop sign wasn't even as eye-catching as the neighboring Lavande Hotel. The lobby was on the 17th floor and was cluttered and disorganized. Eating out was inconvenient in the surrounding area. Service: Check-in took about 20 minutes for all three rooms. The staff were completely unfriendly and only said they were making a card for the delay – a few seconds for card making, taking over ten minutes is incredibly unprofessional! In short, this hotel seems to be a partially renovated old hotel, not a completely new one. The carpets in the rooms and hallways were old! The good reviews are all fake! Avoid this hotel! Avoid this hotel! Avoid this hotel!"
