We arrived at 3:10 pm, check in after 3 . Room was not ready. We waited about 15 minutes and they gave us the keys to our room. It was not ready. The manager personally took us to another room which also wasn't ready. He then took us to another room which we stayed in. We got settled in the room about 4 pm. Staff was helpful and polite.

Road trip
Comfortable beds, friendly, helpful staff. Clean room and hallway. Quiet. The refrigerator did not work and the EV charger did not work. We did talk to front desk about EV charger, but they were unable to help at that time.

Stay anywhere but here!
Absolutely horrible! Was given a room that was not ready and was switched to room that looks like Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown stayed the weekend. The air conditioning has a distinct smell that is a cross between dirty feet and goat cheese. There was nothing “Best” about this Best Western… I should have just slept in my car in the parking lot!

The main issue we had is the room was damp and had a moldy smell. Everything else about our stay there was great. Because our stay was short, we didn't contact management about the issue, so it's not clear how they would respond or if it was the one room or if all of them are like that. We have not yet received our deposit refund either but are sure this will be resolved soon.

The room was very dirty, stinky and it was very uncomfortable to stay in the room with the smell. It was loud and didn’t feel safe. The pool was so small. Staff kind of rude. For the price I paid, I am not happy! It was expensive but bad service

Unfortunately the breakfast area is quite small. And the cook was the only one cooking and serving until a young man was called from the front desk to help
It was over crowded due to several baseball teams staying and I know that help is hard to get so those were extenuating circumstances.
With taxes and charges it cost over $300 for 2 nights.
I don’t think we would stay there if we came back to Independence again.
