We are generally satisfied with the service we got from Injap Hotel considering the price we paid. It's locati9n is very much accessible. Since we have kids, they would always want to stroll in SM... we just have to cross the street from the hotel and we'll already reach SM. The food is average. They offer decent meal for a free breakfast that comes with the accomodation. We have 1 declared extra person but we were not asked to pay for the accomodation anymore. We just paid for the breakfast that the extra person consumed. Kids 5 under are free so my 2 kids are freeThanks! Pool is good but i think its needs improvement. There are repairs to be done. So far, I am satisfied with our stay... thank you Injap Tower for being our comfy space in Iloilo.

Very accomodating hotel. Cheap stay per night and polite and helpful staff. Is near a lot of stores such as Robinson's, giving comfortable options for eating out. Rooms are tidy and you can avail for daily room cleaning at higher room prices. Online reservation is also fast and cheap. Would stay again soon.

I'm so pleased that I chose this hotel to stay at. I arrived with a stomach bug and was feeling quite ill. A few minutes after I called the front desk to request for late checkout, the desk supervisor, Erica, called me to graciously ask how I was doing and offered to send me some soft food and even some hydration salts. I declined the food but gladly accepted the Hydrite. I was so pleased with this gesture on Erica's part that I immediately felt at home and extended my stay for two more days. This hotel is first class. It's super clean all around, including the rooms. It's simply a well-managed place. The restaurant food and service was superb (food was at hotel prices, as expected, but breakfast buffet was free). Excellent wait staff. I highly recommend the Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and I will certainly be back.

I had a great stays in Go Hotels Iloilo because all staff are very accommodating, especially Ms. Jinny Amador the assigned receptionist that day. She is very helpful with regards with our needs. I like also how she give her big smiles to us though she is wearing a mask we can see it through her eyes. As a business traveler, my top concern is the safety and security of the hotel that I am staying. I was pleased with my stay in Park Inn Iloilo because of how secured it is in the hotel. It reminds me of my stay in Conrad Manila; I would say Park Inn is the best hotel I have stayed in Iloilo so far. Already booked another 2 nights for my next business trip in Iloilo next month. The room smells so romantic..the services are good. I don't have any problem upon staying there. The food serve on the dining area is very appetizing, and the crews are very respectful. I had a very nice stay in Seda and the people from the guards, front desk officers, and crews are very courteous.

Front desk service: There is none outside the standard 8AM to 5PM office hours. You'll be lucky if somebody actually picks up the line. Having stayed here for quarantine purposes and not being allowed to step out of the room, this ”no service” is a big no no. Non-front desk staff: The bell hop is pro active in bringing up ordered food. I gambled with ordering food from the outside as I couldn't order food from the hotel simply because there was nobody picking up the line. Luckily, the bell hop would bring up the food ordered from the outside. I would've starved if they didn't bring the food up. Room: Everything is old. The bed was not comfortable. The fridge had to be changed as it was not working. The cable tv line up was really bad as well. The floor was dusty. Room slippers? They're old and crumbly. The moment I slipped my feet in them, they ripped. I just laughed it off as I was just tired getting upset anymore. Breakfast: Better order food from the outside. I was told that the food in this place is good. Fake news. Will I consider going back to this place? If there is another quarantine hotel, I wouldn't stay in Hotel del Rio anymore.

This hotel was an absolute GEM!!! Didn't plan on staying for long but ended up spending a total of 12 nights here. In the beginning, didn't expect much from budget hotel but our stay was so great that we will surely stay here again the next time we are in Iloilo City. The rooms were clean and the toiletries and supplies were replenished daily. The mini bar was cheap too. The housekeeping staff was very flexible given that we had a baby who always needed a nap, so they adjusted accordingly. The breakfast was plated but if you like a good old Filipino breakfast, then you will enjoy it. The restaurant staff were very accommodating at all hours. What the hotel lacks in amenities, it makes up for its amazing staff and very friendly atmosphere. From housekeeping, to the restaurant, front desk, admin officers and even the manager, they have been beyond accommodating! We observed that even amongst themselves, the staff were very interactive and had great harmony. You could tell that they love their jobs and the people they work with/for. We have traveled to a lot of cities and countries before but this is by far the friendliest and most attentive hotel we've ever stayed at!! It even trumps a five star hotel service! Just a pity they had to transfer us to another hotel, of the same chain, due to the citywide community quarantine where they've had to shut down operations. The other hotel though is another story - a different review worth writing.

Noise from the hallways can be heard inside the room, and likely vice versa. Additionally, the room space is a bit limited.

Hi. My brother booked me at the La Fiesta Hotel in Iloilo for 9 days. Their service is very good and I still can't drink water. Still have to look farther or buy distilled spirits at 7-11. I asked the guards if they knew that the water filling station was far from here, sir. So there is no choice but to hold it from May 7th to 11th. The water flowing from the well sometimes has the pungent smell of rusty taps. So far, this is my experience in the hotel.
