Well, Check-in was smooth, and the staff made every effort to ensure my comfort throughout the stay. The room itself was clean and thoughtfully arranged. The hotel's location was another significant advantage. It is onveniently situated in front of SM City Iloilo. Overall, our stay at Injap was a positive one. Just sharing our overdue August staycation at this fantastic hotel. The service was exceptional, making everyone feel at home. The kids had a blast at the pool, which kept them entertained while the adults relaxed. The quality of the amenities was impressive: well-appointed rooms to the beautiful common areas made our stay truly enjoyable. Being near Iloilo Business Park was a huge plus! I had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff. Front desk officers were loudly chatting, laughing, and even eating while guests were checking in and out. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more respectful atmosphere for future guests.

We had a great stay at Zuri Hotel. We arrived early at the place, so we taught of leaving our things first at the lobby then go out for lunch before checking in. But luckily we were allowed early check-in which is 4 hours before the actual check in time. Location is great - situated at the side of SM Iloilo and just near various restaurants and attractions. Staffs are great as well. The hotel amenities are still in good condition. Flat iron and ironing board are both available at the room. The only negative thing for me would be that the shower heater is not so strong. Buffet bfast is great - with a wide variety of delicious food, and they offer different food in other days. Another great thing with the hotel is the rooftop infinity pool with a pool bar and jacuzzi. This is a plus. Will surely recommend this hotel and will surely come back!

This is my third stay at Hop Inn Iloilo, and it’s always been a comfortable experience. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. When I requested a room change due to low Wi-Fi connectivity in my first room, the front desk officer was more than happy to assist and moved me to a room with better signal. Hi. My brother booked me at the La Fiesta Hotel in Iloilo for 9 days. Their service is very good and I still can't drink water. Still have to look farther or buy distilled spirits at 7-11. I asked the guards if they knew that the water filling station was far from here, sir. So there is no choice but to hold it from May 7th to 11th. The water flowing from the well sometimes has the pungent smell of rusty taps. So far, this is my experience in the hotel.
