"This hotel is in a prime location next to a premier mall. You are able to walk to the mall under cover directly from the hotel. The rooms are kept pristine with a good view of the area and amenities. The breakfast buffet is well stocked with an excellent array of items while the service there was outstanding. I do recommend the checking time be changed to 2:00pm so there are less people like us waiting to get their room.
It is very easy to get to tourist spots from here on various transportation options, such as Grab, taxi, and air conditioned mini buses."
"The reception staffs are kind, courteous and nice with pleasing personality and smiling faces, assisted me from check in to check out with good service.
The room is spacious with iron and ironing board.
It is not that sound proof as I can hear people talking from the hallway but it’s fine.
The room is not that spotless clean as I can see some dust in some areas especially on the top of the cabinet in front of the tv and inside the cabinet drawers.
As long as the bed is clean I’m good. But the king bed gives a squeaky sound at the right side so I mostly stayed at the left side of the bed.
The food can fill the tummy but not that to my taste.
The hotel is ok and still have some room for improvement in cleanliness and food area."

"The staff went that extra philipine mile to do everything they could to make my stay as good as it could possibly be . The location was perfect for local food and shopping. The food in the hotel was masarap. In all I would recommend it to friends"
"Location is perfect since it’s in the city proper. Breakfast is a bit awkward since it’s in a conference room not in their restaurant, with a round table good for 10pax so you’ll be eating with others in the same table. Pillows are not comfortable but the room is huge and spacious."
"Our stay there was comfortable and convenient.
Message to the owner:
I hope room #2 will be able to have an AC that is installed correctly. Our only problem was the AC was needed to be turned off every time someone is cooking since the back unit was indoor kitchen installed.
Thank you!"

Great
JjetlaggerRichmonde has been a great hotel for visits over the years. Thank you for all the kind hospitality and fulfilling special requests. The staff are all very professional, friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and serviced well.
Just an issue that was observed is that the pool requires maintenance due to missing and cracked tiles and loose railing. Perhaps pool towels could be distributed by the pool bar to save the distraction of other staff as well.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at Seda Hotel, which I booked through Trip.com, and had a great experience. The service was excellent, with staff being very accommodating and attentive. The facilities were very good, although it’s worth noting that they don’t have a swimming pool. The food was also a highlight—served buffet style with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay!
AAnonymous UserClean 2 star hotel with friendly staff. Only 2 out of 3 elevators were working though and the lobby is small so it was a bit cramp and lines were long. But the staff are very helpful which makes up for the situation. No comment re the pool, gym, and hotel food. There is 7-11 in the bldg which is very convenient.
KKeith VincentDuring my recent stay at J7 Hotel in Iloilo, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The room was not only nice but also impeccably clean, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit.
One of the highlights of this hotel is its convenient location. It's situated within walking distance to SM City Iloilo mall, making it effortless to explore shopping and dining options without the hassle of transportation. Speaking of dining, the hotel is also easily accessible to a variety of restaurants, catering to different tastes and preferences.
Moreover, the staff at J7 Hotel were notably helpful throughout my stay. From providing local recommendations to promptly attending to any inquiries, their hospitality truly enhanced my visit.
In conclusion, J7 Hotel offers a comfortable stay with its clean rooms, convenient location near dining options and a major mall, and attentive staff. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel provides a solid choice for accommodation in Iloilo.
KKarenWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Thank you!
GGuest UserHere we are again—another review, another set of points. But honestly, Sta. Rosa Inn made it easy. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t pretend to be a five-star resort, but still gives you a five-star nap. Clean room? Check. Chill vibes? Check. Staff who are so nice it makes you suspicious they’re secretly angels? Double check. It’s a solid pick if you’re in Iloilo and just need a cozy, no-drama place to crash. Bonus: didn’t get *******. 10/10.
GGuest UserThe location is perfect and i stayed 5 nights to see the Dinagyang Festival. You can see the parade dinagyang just from the hotel area. Many staffs working and cleanliness is maintained. The restaurant is good and price is just right affordable with plenty of choices.
The things that i don't liked is the uncomfortable mattress the room is small. but is budget hotel but clean and cheap. No elevator or lift the seniors like me is struggling and i stayed on fifth floor but staff will help for your luggage.
Many shops and restaurants and malls just in surrounding area. The staff's are very helpful and all are 😃 🙂.
I'll come back again in the future and i highly recommend 👌
LlinikitThrough Trip.com this was an extremely low budget expense and we surely got what we paid for. We only paid for a place to sleep and not looking to enjoy any amenities. So, the wi-fi signal was barely a blip every few seconds but we had purchased a ”pocket wi-fi”. Water pressure was not consistent but we've had the background of using a water scoop to take showers. The water tank for the toilet leaked when used but the water was unused and clean so it was tolerable. The AC unit was a 5,000 btu (smallest, I think) so it was good for the nights rest but may not be enough during daytime but we never stayed-in on those times. There was no microwave nor toilet paper provided, but we had brought with us toilet paper. So in short, it was by no means at par with many hotels at all, but sometimes we do need these lower rung hotels for travel according to our needs. Would we book with them again? Depends on our purposes. And I am still thankful that I had a pillow to lay my head on at night safely.
