The best ang breakfast buffet nila so far.
Nice din ang view sa room namin.
Complete set of toiletries, slippers and a laundry bag. They also have complimentary bottled water and coffee in our room with an electric kettle.
Malaki din ang lobby nila which is also nice. May gym and pool din sila.
The total experience is excellent.
We will surely come back.

Location is perfect since it’s in the city proper. Breakfast is a bit awkward since it’s in a conference room not in their restaurant, with a round table good for 10pax so you’ll be eating with others in the same table. Pillows are not comfortable but the room is huge and spacious.

Message to the owner:
I hope room #2 will be able to have an AC that is installed correctly. Our only problem was the AC was needed to be turned off every time someone is cooking since the back unit was indoor kitchen installed.

We really had a great time staying here, I super love the place, smells super nice , it feels like home im gonna stay there again once we came back i highly recommend this place, super neat and clean to the point that sobrang sarap ng tulog mo the place is super quite. And malapit sya sa lahat so its a big plus .

GGuest UserChecking in at reception was so easy, the moment we arrived we were welcomed by every single member of staff that we seen, exceptional customer service to the highest standards.
We were in the suite room and we were not disappointed the suite is amazing so spacious and clean, we had afternoon coffee and cakes in the restaurant and again the service was 5 star from the restaurant staff.
I work in the hotel industry in the UK at a 5 star hotel, I would thoroughly recommend the Richmonde Hotel it’s such a great location too.

AAnonymous UserHotel was unassuming yet served its purpose. A/C was properly working, shower pressure was strong, TV also functional. I was able to boil some herbal tea in the provided electric kettle which I planned to store for further use. However, refrigerator wasn’t working. Walls were also thin and noise can be heard from the hallways. Apart from that, being a budget hotel, it was reasonable for a short stay.

GGuest UserThis is my first stay at Hotel Del Rio, and it’s been quite a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious, and I appreciated that the TV comes with Netflix—always a plus! Although I haven’t tried the pool yet, the bathroom is roomy and well-equipped with essential toiletries. The body wash smells great, and I enjoyed a warm, relaxing bath after a long day. The addition of a bidet is a nice touch. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth the cost of the stay. My only concern was the parking situation. Due to frequent conventions and the popularity of the hotel’s restaurant, parking spots for in-house guests are almost always taken. I ended up parking across the street, fortunately finding a spot at a closed shop.

GGuest UserThe location is perfect and i stayed 5 nights to see the Dinagyang Festival. You can see the parade dinagyang just from the hotel area. Many staffs working and cleanliness is maintained. The restaurant is good and price is just right affordable with plenty of choices.
The things that i don't liked is the uncomfortable mattress the room is small. but is budget hotel but clean and cheap. No elevator or lift the seniors like me is struggling and i stayed on fifth floor but staff will help for your luggage.
Many shops and restaurants and malls just in surrounding area. The staff's are very helpful and all are 😃 🙂.
I'll come back again in the future and i highly recommend 👌

LlinikitThrough Trip.com this was an extremely low budget expense and we surely got what we paid for. We only paid for a place to sleep and not looking to enjoy any amenities. So, the wi-fi signal was barely a blip every few seconds but we had purchased a ”pocket wi-fi”. Water pressure was not consistent but we've had the background of using a water scoop to take showers. The water tank for the toilet leaked when used but the water was unused and clean so it was tolerable. The AC unit was a 5,000 btu (smallest, I think) so it was good for the nights rest but may not be enough during daytime but we never stayed-in on those times. There was no microwave nor toilet paper provided, but we had brought with us toilet paper. So in short, it was by no means at par with many hotels at all, but sometimes we do need these lower rung hotels for travel according to our needs. Would we book with them again? Depends on our purposes. And I am still thankful that I had a pillow to lay my head on at night safely.
