Iloilo City Hotels with Gym

My parents love the place and the transportation are not problem to them. The downside is its hard to contact the hotel but when you there the staff so nice. They help me for my surprise visit to my parents. My parents so happy the service. We will book again soon. Thank u

, i was on here before and i love it but i think the hotel is slacking down in terms of cleanliness, it is not well maintained. linens looks untidy (has stained and ripped) it was hidden and just tucked on the bed so it wont be noticed., towels sooo uncomfortable, carpets needs shampoo and vaccum. even in hallways.

The best ang breakfast buffet nila so far. Nice din ang view sa room namin. Complete set of toiletries, slippers and a laundry bag. They also have complimentary bottled water and coffee in our room with an electric kettle. Malaki din ang lobby nila which is also nice. May gym and pool din sila. The total experience is excellent. Our recent stay at Seda Atria was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The hotel granted my request for a packed breakfast and it did not disappoint. Sir Jep-jep from the housekeeping department cleaned our room while we are out for an island tour. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations, and we highly recommend Seda Atria to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We look forward to our next visit!

The service was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Everyone was very considerate to guests with small children.

Location is perfect since it’s in the city proper. Breakfast is a bit awkward since it’s in a conference room not in their restaurant, with a round table good for 10pax so you’ll be eating with others in the same table. Pillows are not comfortable but the room is huge and spacious.

It was a great experience. One stop shop hotel and services. Along the highway with a great destination around the city.

The breakfast was awful. It was buffet, however when we reached there at 8am, the chaffing dish are mostly empty and the servers just stated they’re not refilling. I would like to commend the help extended by the servers. I understand that they’re just following orders. Citadines has to check or remove it if they cannot deliver.
