Everything is excellent. All the dishes are perfecty prepared and really delishes. I don’t eat everything because I have some digestion issues and i need to eat only lof fat meals. We habe a lot of grilled meat and rice and big amount of fresh vegetables. We really apreciate our vacation and we would like to go back here next year. We recomend Kirman Calyptus Hotel at all

Balayı olarak tatil yaptığımız otelden çok memnun ayrıldık.Personel çok Güler yüzlü yiyecek içecek kalitesi çok iyi .Denize tramvayla gidilmesi çok nostaljik. Misafir ilişkileri çok ilgiliydi Arzu hanıma ayrıca burdan teşekkür ederiz bizimle çok ilgilendi. Barda çok leziz kokteyller yapılıyor.Her kese tavsiye ediyorum.

Fantastic location and friendly staff. Highly recommend this as a holiday destination. Big thanks to Fatih and Montana for a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere throughout the holiday. Food and drinks provide good choices and cater for all tastes.

the hotel and the entire infrastructure are beautiful! Large, well-equipped rooms, cleaned every day and the bar stocked with water, Coke, Fanta, Tuborg. accessories such as a toothbrush, razor with gel, bath liquid, shampoo, conditioner, balm. Food - huge selection, themed evenings, something new every day. what was a surprise - freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast - delicious! huge selection of cheeses, bread, vegetables, sweets, meat, fish - all very good. This hotel pays great attention to cleanliness and hotel guests. everyone is nice and friendly. the pool is cleaned every day, the water is colder than in the sea ;) The bartenders serve customers very quickly and serve delicious drinks with good quality alcohol, e.g. Chivas, Absolute, Jack Daniels. There are also a few topics that should be worked on. rooms facing the swimming pools are unfortunately exposed to very loud music all day long and until 10 p.m. evening animations for guests are so loud that when the windows are closed you can hear them very loudly - it is tiring. the same applies to animations during the day - the animator speaks so loudly into the microphone that he can be heard from a mile away. music is played from speakers that are set straight to the children's area. and speaking of the children's area - the lifeguards do not keep an eye on people smoking cigarettes there, and to a great extent. parents come with their children and smoke cigarettes in front of them - despite the ban in this zone. Unfortunately, it's a fight against windmills. the overall impression is very good and it is definitely worth going there with children because it is clean, nice and pleasant. If you pay attention to these little disagreements, it will be perfect!

A little bit late but I think I have to write about it. We've been here in the second part of may, which was an excellent choice, the weather was perfect like everything else. The hotel itsel is very classy, with a nice architecture, with a modern interior. Rooms are very cosy, big enough with plenty of space for luggage, clean, very confy beds, modern and impecable bathroom (describing here standard room). The pool is big enough for all the people, plenty of sun loungers. The beach is just few minutes away walking and have also a tram leaving and coming back all day long, takes only 1 min, but walking through the tunnel is nice and safe and only for hotel tourists, it starts from inside the hotel property and ends just right on the bech. The hotel beach area is a little bit small but, to be honest, we use it just to leave our belongings on a sun lounge and we were walking few kilometers everyday up and down. You have snack, icecream and beverages on the beach bar if you want. We used it just for ice cream and water. Well, let's talk about services...I wil give a big 10! the food is absolutly amazing, chef is always there, checking the food, tasting to see if everything is like it should be. He is making all kind of smoothies everyday. Various, tasty and plenty of good food is waiting for you here. Kids have special area, special food. The entertainment team always ready to keep people busy with something, the guys with rollers bringing everything to the sun loungers, we didnt even tell them what we want, they learn what you want after few orders. Great Nespresso coffee, some of you know what I'm talking about. The property is well mentained, even is not so big like others, but very clean. There are also some slides where you can have fun if you like . I have to say that everything was perfect and if you put the services beyond the fact that you want de hotel right on the beach, this one if for you. We wanted good services and we were not bothered by the fact that the hotel was few mins away from the beach. Tesekkur ederim to all of you from Kirman Calyptus! Insha Allah see you all again next year, we already plan our next vacation there!

Positive: The hotel has a great location and is a beautiful and very clean hotel in general. Beautiful interior design and most of the staff are super friendly and serviceminded. The gym is a nice addition with quality equipment. Lots of food to choose from in the restaurant presented very well. Many Turkish dishes, much appreciated. The pool area was very well kept and always clean and inviting. The waiters by the pool did a really great job and the homemade lemonade was superb. The animation team was very friendly funny and playful though we didn't use it much. The lifeguards handled the waterpark and pool area nicely. Kumkoy Beach is a lovely beach with great sand and clean low water. Great for kids and people who prefer a calm water. The hotel has a small area with sunbeds and a little beach bar as well as transport every 10 minutes or so. Critics: Overall Calyptus is a beautiful hotel but with room for improvement. Beds are very comfy but the pillows are horrible to sleep with - way to thick and high and we all experienced neck pain and headaches during our stay. Bad for us as adults, even worse for our kids. I expect comfier and more anatomically correct pillows and bedding in a new 5 star hotel. Qua the hotel youtube videos and recommendations I expected more of the food and the restaurant. Some of the food, though presented well, lacked love in the taste (spices etc.) and the salatbar was basically the same everyday. Some of the food was great, some was not. The restaurant staff and chefs were all very nice and serviceminded and did their best but sitting there in "rush hour" it looked chaotic at times like the entire restaurant lacked coordination and training in rush hour during breakfast and dinner. I felt bad for the staff - they were struggling when the restaurant was packed. I have experienced a better organized and calmer "rush hour" elsewhere. More staff would be helpful in general. We were there during bayram and the hotel seemed to be fully packed. My son got sick after eating in the snack bar at he pool one day and spend the last few days in the room and toilet unfortunately and we had to get medicines for him to relieve his situation. This means that the hygiene somewhere was not good enough whether it was in the kitchen or the guests lacking hygiene. The staff didn't really bother much when we told them (reception and staff) and barely reacted. There should definitely be a disinfection pump to be used by all guests before grapping food from the snack bar as well to minimise the spread of bacteria and virus. Especially in these times. In my opinion the hotel area is too compact. It can be both good and bad since you have everything within reach but I realised that I missed a relax area/pool to get a break from music, entertainment, loud people and children playing and screaming. The grass area was the best option but it felt like my own garden, nothing special about it, and away from everything. Also, some hotels have

Beach is a catastrophe (too small and 10x20 sunbeds, densely placed) 4. From the time we arrived we were made to feel so welcome and special thanks to the team Wioletta, Adil (people relations), Chicco ( animation team) and everyone who made my daughter's and my birthday exquisite and memorable. Nothing was too much. Beautiful place and very clean. Would definitely recommend
