Great hotel with great staff, the evening entartaiment is great it changes every day. Coctails are great at the looby bar,and much thanks for guest relations berk he is so helpful and kind everytime. The reception team is also so helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great vacation well palace side team!!

It was one of the best experiences we had, I especially want to mention Berk Can who is responsible for guest services, if you have a problem definitely talk to him, he solves everything. The water slides are very fun and the bar team serves very quickly. I definitely recommend it, there is everything you want for a holiday; a beautiful beach, a large room, great food, caring staff. We will come again.

Foods 🍽️ - Mostly, there are many varieties of delicious food and Turkish food is very good. Service🤵🏼- The service of the waiters and bartenders at the hotel is generally excellent and the attention is very good. Beach 🏖️ - The beach of the hotel is very clean and the sea is very nice and warm, and there is also a bar and restaurant on the beach. Coctails🍹- The cocktails are very nice and diverse, mojitos are nice and there are other international cocktails as well. Reception&Guest Relations🤵🏻- The reception is very fast and helpful, they are also very friendly, and the guest relations services are also very attentive and take care of you quickly if you have any problems. Animation 🎯- The animation in the hotel is quite sufficient. They do water sports and dart games during the day and there is a different entertaining show every evening. Rooms 🛏️ - The design of the room is very nice and it has a wonderful view, and the cleanliness of the rooms is very good.

It is an excellent hotel, when we arrived, it was quiet at first, but later more tourists came to the hotel, but the surroundings were constantly busy, but they have a pool away from the slides so you can rest calmly, and if you come to the restaurant early, there will be no problem, you will not wait long in line, the staff is very helpful, the service in the bars is great and the reception is very nice. He finds solutions to everything quickly and does his job very well in guest relations. In conclusion, I recommend it.

A great hotel for families, there are many activities for children, mini club, mini diko in the evenings and water slides for children. Also other evening activities are nice. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and there is a lot of variety. The soups are especially nice. The reception team is very helpful. Thanks for everything.

I have been to Turkey on holiday many times, but Well Palace is a very different hotel, the atmosphere in the lobby is perfectly relaxing, there are also many activities if you want to have fun and there is even a disco in the hotel. The food was generally good and there was a lot of variety. Our room was also fine and always clean. Thanks everyone for this perfect holiday.

When we first entered the hotel, the reception welcomed us very warmly, everything was very positive, after a quick check-in, we went to our room and everything was perfect. The room also has a minibar and coffees and is constantly replenished. The service was very good, especially the guest relations team and the reception team were very friendly. The waiters are doing their best. The food at the beach bar is amazing. thanks for everything.

Was best place I have ever been I will come here again and the room were great. All stuff are so nice and friendly. The foods at the beach are delicious. We went to the disco in Side. Also we had a great time there . The rooms were very clean and hygienic.

Had a lovely experience here, especially thanks to the animation team and shout out to Sehle and Memo, very clean hotel and locations is great , its close to the shops which you can walk to and the beach is also very close on shuttle which comes frequently only let down was the food but will definitely be coming back!
