A great 4-day stay, honestly a real palace that is really worth the 5 stars, I am not disappointed, I really recommend it, the spacious rooms, the all-you-can-eat buffet, the drinks are great but sweet. The staff is really nice, always there for you.

We went to the hotel at the end of March - not the high season. The room was great and the hotel staff were very helpful. The restaurant staff made an effort to know their customers - they always knew what we wanted to drink which was a nice touch. Be aware that German seems to be the predominant language - I used a translate app which was helpful. The wi-fi was good and reliable. Food was lovely. A bus trip to the ancient city is 3 euro return and is 15 minutes away from a handy bus stop.

Absolutely amazing hotel, the staff were very professional! Batu and ahmet are brilliant they were always making sure me and my family was okay and kept us occupied everyday! I will return again this year and next year because of these two!!

The animation team Seref and Erdal made our holiday amazing. Always smiling and made the activities amazing. Always including everyone. Emir cleaner in the lobby bar and Tourot the waiter in the lobby always top Mojitos. Food a bit repetitive but apart from that the experience of the holiday was nice. The beach is amazing. Golden sands and the snack bar has decent food. The walk to tye beach is 4-5mins but there is a shuttle every 15 mins. The shuttle driver is a really nice man and stops picks up any people walking down. The rooms need a bit of an update but id say 4 put of 5. They just need to vary the food a bit in the restaurant and update the A la carte restaurant

Where do I start.. I booked this hotel for the 14/05/2025 for a week without looking at the reviews, after I booked I went onto trip advisor and looked at them and I was second guessing myself as the reviews weren’t the best, but I can tell you now what a fantastic hotel this is I cannot fault the place what so ever, with being a Celiac and had different dietary requirements the hotel met my needs with gluten free food, pastas, bread, chicken, rice etc! The hotel was clean and statistically pleasing to the eye what a beautiful place! It was only a 50 minute commute to the hotel from the airport on shared transfer! Loads and loads of shops about and also only a 10 minute drive from the hotel to Side and what a fantastic place that is also! And another special mention to 2 members of the animation team.. Batu and Ahmed!! What a couple of great guys! All in all I had a fantastic time and I’d definelty be back and I’d recommended anyone this hotel!

the staff at well places hotel in side was brilliant with 11 of us the restaurant was really nice food too the animation team was really nice with people who have got learning disabilities the bedrooms was lovely the pillows were very soft to sleep on

All facilities are amazing, very clean. All staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Food is abit repetitive with not much selection. Pool area is great lots of sun beds available and good entertainment on a night time and day time. Also snacks available

Just returned from a week stay, the room was nice, clean and modern. Mini fridge filled daily with water, coke and fizzy orange. Kettle with teas and coffee's. Bathroom was nice, large shower, toiletries and plenty of loo roll! Food was lovely, toasties, pancakes and fresh eggs and omlettes to name a few. Great choice of hot and cold drinks throughout the day and night including cocktails and mocktails. Lunch- good choice in restaurant, snack bar near the main pool but my favourite was the beach, wraps, pizzas and pide. Ice cream (freezers) available throughout the day to help yourself to when the " feeling hits.". We used the minibus to get to the beach, although it wasn't needed, short walk down the road. Staff were friendly and attentive, we travelled as a group of 11, parents with adult children with disabilities, staff made our children feel very included in all activities day and night. Night entertainment ok, although must mention the Galaxy themed night- outstanding, great atmosphere! I was quite surprised at how reasonable the shops were in the hotel, a few little bargains from there. You are close to many shops and malls, all within walking distance from the hotel. The only reason I gave this a 4* is the weird shape of the grounds, you are in very close proximity to the hotel next door. Great hotel and already planning a return!
