First, they gave us a room with air conditioning that did not work, a sticky table, and a TV remote that did not work. They forced us to change our room. The rooms were old. The menu was limited. The food was bad, and most of the time the same dishes were served. This is the first time I witnessed a power cut in the hotel. Long waits for the elevator. They made us feel uncomfortable about transferring to the beach, and there were interesting turns of events, such as one of the vehicles was broken and the other was charging. I think the employees were also unhappy and careless. It was literally the worst experience I've ever had in terms of expectations. It will remain a bad memory that I will never forget in a negative sense. A poor quality hotel and service that is definitely not worth the money we paid!

Such a lovely hotel, the workers are all so lovely and accommodating. There’s a massive mix of languages spoken and activities offered. Food is great, the head chef was so sweet and accommodating that he offered to make a meal that we could eat as we couldn’t consume solid food. Managers are all really professional, all issues brought up where instantly and swiftly sorted by the hotel. We came in january, and really enjoyed it but we likely would have enjoyed it even more if we booked in the summer. Transfers can be sorted through the hotel, rooms are thoroughly cleaned once a a day and they have medical staff on sight if anything happens.
