The stuff was rude and unfrendly . Room were dirty and never cleaned . The kitchen was unhygienic. ic, with leftover food from lunch being served again for dinner. The beach was far away from the property, and overall conditions were unacceptable. This hotel is nowhere near the rating it claims and should be considered a 2-star at bes

I had a horrible check-in experience at the hotel. When I arrived there at 20:45 they told me to have dinner first. When I came back they told me a room wouldn't be available before 1:30, which is unacceptable in my opinion. Finally I was brought to the room at 2:15, so after almost 5 hours waiting. I have made an official complaint about this. Room and food are great, drinks you must get yourself and mostly stand in a queue for some time. It's also positive that the hotel is quiet, but expect noise from surrounding hotels. Most of the hotel staff could improve their English and German language, there are hotels better at this.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful despite some language barriers. Room was clean and tidy and serviced daily. Pools were tested daily. Beach bar and restaurant good. Evening entertainment was very good. Spa facilities were clean and staff very good. Honestly myself and my partner couldn’t fault the hotel really, and we’re already looking forward to booking and staying again next year

I stayed at Alegria Hotel & Spa in Side, Turkey, from June 8 to 15, 2025, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true 5-star experience. ⚠️ Major Issues: 1. Room & Cleanliness Our room was facing a busy street, making it very noisy even late at night. The air conditioner (see attached photo) was extremely old, dirty, and smelled bad – we didn’t even dare to turn it on. The walls had visible stains, and the bed linen was simply placed in the wardrobe, not even made. 2. Unpleasant Smells & Hygiene There was a musty, unpleasant smell in the room, hallways, and even the restaurant. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was far below acceptable standards. 3. Restaurant & Food Quality The buffet had very little variation, and the food was bland and repetitive. Even the display was messy (see buffet photo). The cutlery was often dirty (see photo of the knife), which raised serious hygiene concerns. It didn’t feel clean or safe to eat there. 4. Misleading “All-Inclusive” The hotel advertised a full all-inclusive service, but water dispensers were emptied overnight and early in the morning, so we couldn’t get water when we needed it. This is unacceptable in a hot climate. 5. Reception & Staff The receptionists were indifferent and unhelpful. They barely spoke English and didn’t seem interested in assisting guests. We had to complain multiple times before they responded to basic issues like hot water. 6. Noise at Night Loud evening programs were held every night until midnight. Even with the windows closed, the noise was disturbing and made it impossible to sleep. ⸻ 🧾 Final Thoughts: Despite being marketed as a 5-star spa hotel, Alegria Hotel & Spa failed in nearly every aspect – from cleanliness and food quality to service and comfort. Very nice and good condition at Alegria hotel, very good food, breakfast, lunch and dinner, drinks was good calitate,very clean inside hotel everywhere, private beach close from hotel, both swimming pools are very clean and the staff very friendly.

Good hotel to be fair. Staff is kind and respectful. You should try their Anatolian soup. The room is clean and well maintained. I don’t know what else to say there because I am still there haha. However one thing I can say that guests are mainly German, polish and Russian.
