Great clean hotel consistent with the descriptions and standards of five-star hotels, very good fresh and varied food for everyone, great hotel service. The only minus is the attitude to the customer in German, in English you can talk. Despite highly recommend.

This hotel is for Germans only, if you’re British you’re not welcome here, the staff speak mostly German so the guests they attract are rude, ignorant Germans. The hotel is beautiful and the location is lovely but if you don’t speak German don’t come here!

Perfekt, ankommen und wohl fühlen. Zimmerwunsch wurde umgesetzt. Herzliche Begrüßung durch das Personal. Super freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service durch die Kellner, wie immer. Hier ist der Gast noch König. Tolles Dinner ala carte. Sauberkeit wird hier gross geschrieben. Glückwunsch für solche Mitarbeiter. Essen qualitativ und schmackhaft. Auswahl und Vielfalt ein wenig abgespeckt, jedoch sollte für jeden was dabei sein. Hotel schließt Dez.25 bis Anfang März 26, wegen Komplettrenovierung. Schade, kommen ja immer im Nov/Dez und Feb/März. Im März dann halt wieder. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

J'étais avec ma famille dans cet Hotel on l'a choisi d après ces notes . arrivé le 22 août 2024 et la tout à commencé on n'avait réservé une chambre familiale à 2 pièces la chambre trop petite et beaucoup de choses défectueux 1) la porte frigo ne se fermer pas 2) la porte de séparation défectueux 3) des pièces défectueuses dans la douche après avoir réclamé avec des preuves photos ils nous ont changé de chambre l'espace pas plus grande. Ce côté piscine le soir impossible de dormir à cause des shows très très bruyant 4) la piscine trop petite pour toute la clientèle le matin heure turque 6h chez nous 5h les personnes sont allées mettre leurs serviettes à 7h impossible de trouver 3 places une à côté de l'autre et le plus triste une partie de ces personnes sont partis à la plage et quand je suis allée réclamer il m on dit qu'il peuvent rien faire. Après le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner de 12h30 pas de choix une sorte de viande Presque toujours du poulet et le poisson aussi pas de choix il étais plrein de arrêtes le soir idem pour le prix qu on a payé j'aurais trouvé mieux ça fait 8 ans que on va en Turquie 2x par ans et jamais déçu pour moi c'est pas un 5 étoiles 4 peut-être je ne pourrais jamais le Recommander nous sommes très déçu il faut pas toujours se baser sur les notes

Das hotel ist mega schön gutes Essen und die Animation ist sehr gut am besten hat mir der wasser sport mit hassan gefallen dazu sehr nettes und freundliches Personal der Preis war auch ok man kann sich nicht beschweren! Für groß und klein ist alles dabei nur mit party ist nicht so viel

Wybrałem hotel na wyjazd rodzinny W hotelu pozwalają palić każdemu wszędzie. Nie ma stref dla palących i niepalących. Wybierając hotel z dziećmi chciałem odpocząć. Niestety leżąc na plaży, przy basenie, w restauracji, lobby wszędzie czuć dym ze stolików obok. Ktoś kto drażni dym papierosowy nie powinien się wybierać się do tego hotelu. Brak informacji na stronach hotelu o braku stref dla niepalących. Język w hotelu tylko niemiecki ( po angielsku praktycznie w ogóle ). 80% gości osoby po 60-ce palące nie uwzględniające czy obok leży dziecko, czy osoba niepalącą ( nawet podczas posiłków ). Co do plusów : jedzenie, obsługa, bliskość morza

Kıyıya yaklaşık 100 metre uzaklıkta. Ancak plajda kullanışlı bir kıyı barı/lokantası mevcut. Deniz güzel. Otelin oturum alanı dar olmakla birlikte tüm alanlar etkin olarak kullanılmış. Yemekler yeterli miktar ve çeşitlilikte. Havuz keyifli. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve otelin etkin bir şekilde yönetildiği çok açık. Bir aile olarak çok memnun ayrıldık....

Yoğun iş tempomumuzdan dolayı 3 gece kaldık, bu ailecek 6.kalışımızdı. Sanıyorum pandemiden dolayı çalışan sayısını azaltmışlar bu da her çalışanın rotasyonunu sağlıyordu. Çok yorgun ve suratsızlardı. Fakat çok sevecen ve odamızı güzelce süsleyip hijyenik olmasını sağlayan 4. kat personeli Fatma hanıma çook teşekkür ederiz. Restorandaki Kerim bey ve senelerdir çalışan bellboyada teşekkür ederiz. Eski yıllarda hizmet daha güzeldi bu sefer otele girdiğimiz ilk gün sıkıntılar yaşasakta sonrasında düzeldi. Restoran ve barlarda içecek servisi çok yavaştı. Özellikle loby barda 30dk beklememize rağmen yanlış içecekler geldi kendimiz kalkıp istediğimiz içecekleri alabildik. Bayramda gitmemiz ve personel sayısında azalmaya gittiklerinden olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Her şey için teşekkürler Port Side ailesi ve Fatma hanım
