Everything just as advertised. Lovely hotel lovely staff. Plenty of food choice through out the day. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. We didn't need the entertainment but noticed that there was stuff for the kids and adults thought out the day. Very easy to travel around by local transportation. We were able to site see independently .

- Location: The hotel is very close to the beach. There is transportation available to the beach every 5 minutes. - Check-in and Customer Service: The staff is very friendly. Rooms and Facilities: - The size, cleanliness, and comfort of the beds are good. - However, the Wi-Fi connection is a bit weak. - Food and Drinks: The quality of fruits and vegetables was good, especially the variety of vegetables. However, if you're not a vegetarian, the meat dishes lacked good quality. There was too much oil in the food, and the taste wasn't what one would expect from Asian cuisine. The pizza and hamburgers were not enjoyable. The drinks served were of poor quality. The quality of tea and coffee is not good. The worst aspect was the cleanliness of utensils and cups. Many times, I was surprised to find dirty cups or leftover food on spoons. Freshly baked bread served around lunchtime was excellent. The worst cake and dessert I've ever had in my entire life. Poor design and poor taste. - Facilities and Activities: Both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are very practical. The kids enjoyed them a lot. There is also a small playground at the hotel. - General Experience and Recommendation: Overall, I will not return to this hotel.

This is definitely not a 5 * maybe 2/3*. The management staff all rude and stuck up and not helpful at all. The restaurant staff were all nice and polite although the food was repetitive. The rooms were paper thin and dirty. The mini bar had drinks which were over date and one was opened so i splilt them down the sink and then wasnt even topped up again. The light in the hallway wasn't working and the rooms were barely cleaned hair all over the floor and dirt all around the room. I asked how much for a trip to lara market they were expecting to get £80 for a trip 1 way but I ended up finding one for £60 reuturn . Also the WiFi barely worked

If was a wonderful hotel.beautiful variation of food. Staff is very friendly. Cleaning is everyday . There is friendly a**osphere everywhere in the hotel. The rooms are big enough . We will recommend this hotel.to everybody and are going to come here again next year.

We originally booked another hotel which we upgraded our room at a cost to a poolside view, the original hotel was full so we got given Seher Sun Palace instead, when we checked in we were given a room overlooking other rooms/balconies, we arrived at 2am and went to see reception, they stated that the hotel was full (Hotel was not full) and to return to reception the following morning, we went to reception the following morning to get the issue sorted, the manager gave us a poolside room, once we went to check the room the room phone rang asking us to return to reception, once there the manager stated that he was taking the room off us. Our On The Beach Representative was there who stated he would get the issue sorted for us and to give him a day, he took my number and connected to Messenger to contact each other, he forgot about us and did absolutely nothing. At reception, once the staff left the desk, the manager changed his tune as we were alone, saying if I paid a nice tip for the staff, he would let us have the room, he saifld it wouldn't go onto the system just me paying a tip which cost me 2,000 Turkish Lira, he put it in a drawer and I saw him put it in his wallet. A couple of days went past and we asked the same manager where we could go to get English currency changed into Euros, he sai he would change it for us at the rate of one on one from his own wallet, I've never known anyone so corrupt and money orientated. The food in the buffet restaurant was always cold and found the drinks to be watered down, certainly not the 5 star it claims to be, I'd say a 3 star. Would I stay here again.....Definitely not!

This is such a beautiful hotel once you walk in from the street. Rooms were clean, although our mini fridge never got restocked for the whole ten days we stayed, tried to request but English is not very understood. Food was okay but a bit repetitive, so mostly ate burger and chips from the pool bar. The animation team were lovely but there was no entertainment in the evening apart from some music by the pool. I found that staff were far more accommodating towards the non English guests, My partner even asked how to say thank you in Turkish and got a stone faced look and a “I don’t know” so we gave up trying after that. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby where we did find some lovely people. Shame the hotel couldn’t represent the same.

So first of all, the internet is awful, yes it’s for free but it’s horrendous. The food was decent not much to offer but it was basically salad or bread. Downstairs is a spa however we were told that the spa treatment includes a body massage, body scrub etc however when we paid for the treatment, the moneys worth wasn’t there, we didn’t get a oil massage. The mans name was Ramzen he told us something else but did something else instead, watch out for him. The only good thing about this place is the housekeeper, Emine who cleans the rooms every morning and restocks the fridge. There are a few decent staff only the rest always have a face on
