Having recently returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel, cannot fault it in any shape or form. The location is amazing, the hotel is stunning, the staff were all so very friendly and extremely helpful. The choice of food in the restaurant was excellent, the room was fabulous and the view looking over the bay was something else. The outside bar and pool area, perfect place to relax in such comfortable chairs. Everyone is different, and everyone has their own opinion, but for us, this Hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed at. We will certainly be back in the not to distant future.

Location is perfect! They provide a hair dryer, body+hair wash along with body lotion, the gym is small but the view is amazing, good sized sauna, but they only have one hot tub. Staff were very friendly and helpful, cleaners were amazing! Would 100% recommend

Pros The hotel was impeccably clean. The rooms were large and well equipped with the use of a fridge and safe. The room also had a hairdryer ,shampoo and shower gel . Pool towels were also available to use . The bar menu was small but the food was of high quality. The bar was well stocked and staff were very friendly. Reception staff were also very friendly and helpful . The fact it was an adult only hotel was lovely Cons When you get dropped off we had to find the hotel ourselves which was a bit tricky as it was up an alley way . It look’s really scruffy but once inside you forget about it . ************ sometimes sat on the stairs as well offer **** and Charley !!! We had a couple of days of loud music around the pool area as well played by the lifeguards but when I complained this was resolved

His attention to detail and warm demeanor made every interaction at the bar a memorable one. Bruno's passion for his craft truly shines through. Soraya and Bea were equally amazing. Their attentiveness and genuine care for the guests were truly heartwarming. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, providing insightful recommendations and always greeting me with a smile. The hostel itself is a haven of cleanliness. The housekeeping ladies are like fairy godmothers, tending to the rooms with an unparalleled level of precision. Walking into my room felt like stepping into a sanctuary, thanks to their meticulous work. Overall, my experience at this hostel was nothing short of exceptional. The dedication of the staff, including Bruno, Soraya, and Bea, combined with the meticulous housekeeping, created an atmosphere of warmth and comfort that made my stay truly memorable. What a fabulous hotel! Stayed for 4 nights, single room upgraded by reception to a double, top floor, huge balcony. Safe and fridge also and air con. Bathroom was clearly newly upgraded very modern with fab shower. Mattress very comfy. Cleanliness was outstanding, not a spec of dust anywhere, cleaners do the best job. This was the same throughout the hotel with the highest standards of cleanliness I’ve ever seen and I’ve stayed in many hotels all over the world. I was booked on breakfast only. The choice was endless. I’m vegetarian so the cooked breakfast wasn’t any use but for meat eaters great. I did have mushrooms & beans on toast, but plenty of other choice such as croissants, breads, cakes, wide choice of fruits, cheeses, boiled eggs. Lovely orange juice and a good instant hot drink machine with a lovely cappuccino. Pool area I went to every morning, plenty of beds and again extremely clean. Very quiet no rowdy groups, chill out music playing was just lovely to chill out after a night on the town. The pool snack bar was good choice, good price. Lovely staff there, I asked the barman if he could muster up a strawberry frappe (not on the menu) and to my joy he did! It was so yummy. Lunch they even tailor made me a pasta dish. Such lovely courteous people. On the subject of staff these wonderful people would put some 5 star hotels to shame. A special thank you to the loveliest lady in reception named Pepita. She helped me with an issue I had and she went out of her way to resolve it. I saw her help several people by going over & beyond what’s expected. Management should know what a gem they have here! As for the security guard that people have bad mouthed, I found him to be a polite man and after all he’s doing his job! I personally prefer to stay in a quiet hotel and this certainly was given the number of young people staying here! The walls are thin and people chatting it can sound quite loud but overall I barely heard a sound. I vacated at 11am and at 4pm used the shower room, again absolutely spotless. I know I’m going on a bit but I’m not one to leave reviews but felt I had to with this outstanding hotel. Great value for money too, so much to say! Oh, also great location, 2 streets from Ibiza rocks, round the corner from The *****, close to everything. Thank you Hotel Tropical I will definitely be back.

The location was superb! Very clean hostel. Comfortable pillow and bed. Friendly and helpful staff. The hostel was very near to the beach. Really enjoyed the my stay!! Overall I’m a happy guest. I will definitely come back.

Impeccable hotel, the first room had displeased us facing the air conditioning network at the reception we changed it without problem. The meals are varied. Only downside lack of deckchair for everyone. Very attentive bar staff

This Oku is what I am most looking forward to in the ibiza trip, but the overall feeling is so-so. The main reason is that the staff are too arrogant and a little arrogant. This hotel is a bit away from the sea, and there is a large hotel next door to other oku, but the decoration is not as modern, but that one is more cost-effective. You also need to wait to check in, and the room will not be given until after 3 pm. Because the convertible Mercedes I rented was too poor to park on the road at the main entrance. I gave a tip of 2 euros on the pillow in the morning. I hated it too little, so I didn't take the tip, but I didn't even put the toiletries for me! ! ! The swimming pool is divided into two, you have to cross the main road to get there, the one is big, you need to grab a spot early in the morning every day, otherwise there is not even a spot! Most of them are internet celebrities and young people, and the daily DJ concert in the swimming pool is the same. Don't go if you want to be quiet. There is no need to grab the small swimming pool, it is next to the breakfast room. The room is very small, and beside the road, there is a large trash can (not belonging to the hotel) on the first floor below, which is very noisy. It is recommended to add money to upgrade the room type, but the room is still very small. The satisfying part is the breakfast room, which has many types. You can have a good breakfast every day, but there are too many people. The hotel pool bar is good, there are a lot of whiskey 🥃, and there are many Japanese ones. Very close to a nearby city. There is also a Michelin one-star Es Tragón next to it, which is worth visiting. The service is really much better than this hotel. There is a small so-called aquarium next to it, which is so-so, but it is very good to relax with coffee at the door.
