AzuLine Hotel S'Anfora & Fleming

For the price it okay but won't advise for one to spend more than a night.

Staff were great, cocktails were nice, rooms were as described and the AC in the rooms was a lifesaver! Definitely targeted for a younger market and you will hear music blasting all day but we loved it :) It would've been nice for the balcony to have seats to enjoy getting ready/relaxing on there, but other than that everything was great! Our only peeve was the time it took to check-in. Our flight had been delayed by about 4 hours and so by the time we reached the hotel it was around 1am. Luckily we had no events booked, however it did take a while for the groups in front of us to finally be checked in, as well as us.

We have just got home from a 4 night stay here and it was a great hotel to use as a base,the room was cleaned to a high standard everyday and staff were friendly,the hotel was full of younger people and there was quite a lot of noise but it never put us off,i am 50 but never felt out of place.as long as you go with an open mind you will be fine.the tony Christie and soft cell songs coming from some guy on the next door but one balcony was great too so if you are reading this Thankyou.

AUZLINE hotel s’anfora & Fleming hotel!!! STAY CLEAR. From start to finish, this hotel was an absolute Disgrace only to finish with one of the scariest experiences of mine and my family’s life’s with VILE behaviour from other people staying in the hotel & the staff. For a start, the rooms are absolutely disgusting (leaks in the roofs & from the toilets). They also charged me 40 euro for a room key THEY had and told me I “lost it”. The hotel is FULL of stags, hens and groups which we totally expected, as we were a group looking to celebrate a big family event and looking for a good atmosphere. They put my mum and dad next door to the most disgusting disrespectful vile animals I have ever come across in my life.. screaming at each other, leaving their music on full blast even when leaving the hotel room for the day after already being asked to turn it off or down. After multiple people complaining about them the reception told the group of girls it was my mum that complained even tho lots of people staying in the hotel also had complained about them, the girls then waited until my mum aged (46) was on her own going back to the hotel as she wasn’t feeling good to kick HER DOOR and shouting (go to reception and complain now) meanwhile on a call to her pregnant daughter back home who is suffering with illness herself she heard the full incident and couldn’t help! My mum then went to the door to go down to reception and let them know what was happening for her to be ATTACKED by a woman younger than her, her friends then also came out their room and kicked my mum to the floor where all she could do was scream for help and curl up in a ball to defend herself. Two boys then pulled the girls off of my mum and helped her to the reception. Where they left her outside the hotel on the steps until the police and family arrived back at the hotel. These group of girls then forced their way into my mums hotel room and DESTROYED the room flinging food and smash bottles all over her room (attached pictures below, the hair is out of my mums head were the girls ripped her extensions out) the hotel were absolutely useless when all her family got back to the hotel the reception staff were smirking and laughing at each other, I then asked if my mum could get a new room as there was no way she could stay in the trashed one NEXT DOOR to these vile humans I was told (she would have to pay for a new room in the morning) after demanding a new room for my mum the next morning came around and my mum got called to reception where she served an “eviction” notice that she HAD to sign, they told her as she was involved in the “fighting” so she would also serve the eviction notice even tho she was assaulted and completely Vulnerable. The hotel didn’t care I asked for our rep where they told me she was coming for 5 hours straight, so we contacted JET2 ourselves to be told they did not know this had happened they then sent someone out within the hour to have a meeting with us at rece

My girlfriend and I (in our early 40s, like to party) stayed there for 8 nights from the 2nd October. Initially we stayed in a room in the block on the left - I would describe it as the older block. We had a difficult first night due to a lot of noise in the street outside our window. As there were rooms available in the other part of the hotel thankfully the excellent Lavinia managed to move us to room 514. This room suited us much more. I must say that based on the rating and location of the hotel we were very happy indeed with our choice. The bedroom was spacious, the bathroom was decent. Housekeeping called everyday. We had very good views inland, the rooms on the other side of the corridor must have faced the sea/pool. The ok itself was decent in size and deep. Quite lively around it, good music etc. I would say this hotel is suitable for all ages but not for families. If you're looking for a budget hotel this should be great for you. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, we got 5 star service in a 2 star hotel. We were checked in overnight by the extremely friendly Dan - he's welcoming, professional and always helpful and remembers us. Lavinia is extremely efficient and helped us immensely finding a room right for a couple like us - this literally made our holiday. We enjoyed seeing and speaking with Baba in the evenings, he's very friendly and polite and was juggling several customers at a time very efficiently. Later in the holiday Javier really helped us, he has a great can-do attitude, he again was very hard working for us and other customers. There is another gentleman who we often saw but I didn't get his name - he like the other staff was very good at his job and recognised us every time. It might be a 2 star (I would say the big block could be a 3 star) but we found the service to be 5 star! Everyone on the front desk, the cleaners, the lady by the pool bar are all a credit to the hotel and are making the experience the best possible. Thank you for making our holiday amazing.

Went with my 3 friends, pictures of the hotel are exactly how the hotel is. Beds were comfy enough, pool side was lovely got a sunlounger every day. Was a 20 min walk from the main *****. Hotel got you taxis quite quickly. staff were all lovely. Had a great time in Ibiza and the hotel was great. Would defenetily come back
