I have been booking my room in abode since 5 yrs .The Bed feels like water bed so fluffy and soft. I always like to book suites,as it has large sized area and makes me and my family feel Home like. the staff here responds in a very polite manner and they respond immediately. Staff like l, room services,house keeping, receptionists..and all.thank you abode for making my trip to Hyderabad so comfortable with all your provided comforts.

It was our 13th Marriage Anniversary and we decided to club our work and holidays at Hyderabad. Must say great reception and care throughout was accorded by the Hotel ***ager Mr. Ashwin Vaidya. It was our early checkin and our arrival tracked. Special Thanks to Madam Sanika Pradhan for her help and guidance. We were felicitated with a traditional welcome with tikka and a shawl on our shoulders. Our Rooms decorated with also towel art and balloons in the room. The Rooms were at its best with welcome amenities and delicious designed chocolates. Despite being a Gold Member, I was offered their Lounge facility. A big shout out and special thanks to Mr. Rugved Dacha, Loyalty ***ager, Mr. Saumik Sur, Rooms Division ***ager, Housekeeping ***ager Mr. Jitendra Yadav and Mr. Pankaj Singh from Housekeeping. Their service was marvellous ensuring us all the possible care needed. Special Thanks also to Mr. Akshat Selat for ensuring smooth transition from Courtyard Room to Marriott Room internally. We also had great food hospitality from Gaurav Mahadeshwar and Tanay Kala. The food was exceptionally great and enjoying at Okra & Bidri. Tremendous and personal support received from Gaurav and Tanay. Both of them were simply fabulous in their treatment towards us. We were delighted to be offered fresh juice and special dosa and paratha were made for us. We are indeed very grateful to both of them for this hospitality. Appreciate Hi***shu F&B from Marriott too. Appreciate the leadership and congratulate Mr. Ashwin for having such a wonderful, fabulous, effective team that are on its toes to ensure their guest comfortable. Had a very good experience with the stay and with the food and chef Ali khan was very good with the food made it comfortable stay. And room was all clean. Location was at center of Hyderabad and near to metro station and near to begumpet airport.

Location was just perfect., the staff could do with being friendly and smile. They all seemed very serious. The room was clean and spacious. The cafe which was part of the hotel had good choice of snack food. Lovely coffee. Very helpful. The mosquitoes were also very friendly. As soon as you walkout ofthe hotel,there were plenty of places to eat.

GGuest UserThe drainage system in the shower needs to b improved because the water is “flooding” and not flowing properly. Additionally, there needs to be a blower in the shower. The food is fantastic and very tasty, however, ***y of the desserts were stale, so I think those could be improved. Also, Vivek was very kind and didn’t hesitate to help me out, always bringing my daughter onion dosa and coffee. Azam and Riyaz services were great during the breakfast. Best part are watermelon , detox and beverages are great!!

Sandip bhaiya consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that the environment is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The overall atmosphere of the property is excellent, creating a positive and inviting space for all guests. Every aspect of the service contributes to a pleasant and satisfying experience, making it a place where one feels well cared for and valued.

Room was clean but room refrigerator was not even cold , can’t even have a cold drink Bottle water was given which is good
Breakfast was 80% indian food probably catering for local or indian guests not international guests so had mainly toast , fruits & eggs
Service staff tends to forget your orders hence need to be repeated or told a couple of times

陈陈Except for the hotel facilities, everything is fine. There are five or six plugs in the room, only one can be used, the others are about to break down, the air conditioner is also broken, the switch is broken, and only the largest third gear can be used in the first, second and third gears. Having WIFI is the same as not having one, only one frame is accepted. The room is old-fashioned and a small cockroach was found. The hotel looks luxurious, the service is good, and the restaurant breakfast is also very good.
