The front desk service is good and efficient. Hotel location is good, convenient transportation, not too many facilities. The room is not big, but the design is very practical, good health, and stayed in praise. Very clean! The buffet is especially delicious! The quality of the service staff is very high! The room was in very good condition, the quilt was very comfortable and the double bed was wide. Not bad, business meeting, good location

We stayed in standard room for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious. Location is good. The restaurant serves all kind of cuisine but little costly evenn after the 25 percent discount that os given to the boarder. Only problematic is their travel desk. It charges very b wry high

My journey started on 13 th Jan and stayed till 15 th Jan . Cozy room , Quality of food was good, hygiene is well maintained.Good food,staff Miss savita,Mr Gajendra ,Gopal shital saikroshna Srikanth are very cooperative and friendly.A very nice place to stay . Telangana tourism is good.

We had a family get-together of around 100 + guests for 2 days here in August 2021. Right from the discussion and negotiations, the entire team, especially Mr. Ibrahim Khan and Mr. Rambabu were very understanding and co-operative. For a good stay, 3 things are important i.e. the facilities and its maintenance, food and the attitude of staff and service. We did not have any reason to complain about any of these 3 and all the guests had good things to say about the food, the maintenance and also the staff. We had wanted food for all the three days to be Jain and the Chef actually made such awesome Jain food that our guests did not realise that they were eating Jain Food. Location of the hotel is also in the heart of the city and we had booked 50 out of the 60 rooms they have. Keep up the good work and we will keep coming back to you.

I regret not listening to other people's suggestions to live in Novatel near the exhibition hall. This hotel is well decorated, but the maintenance is not enough. If the bathroom faucet is loose, there is moisture and mildew in the house, and there is still a distance from the international standard five stars...

I stayed in Balcony hotel during my short trip of 3 nights to Hyderabad Madhapur in Aug 2023, the hotel is in very nice location, the rooms, service are excellent. Nice ventilation, nice beds, clean toilets and great room service. I will stay at this place during all my trips and recommend to everyone who visits Madahapur for family, business, leisure trips.

It was a suite room with kitchen, living and dining. It was clean and well maintained. I only stayed for one night and didn’t have much time in the hotel other than sleep. It was a little expensive for that though. I think it would be more suited for people who stay there for weeks together.

Sarmistha and her team carry immense expertise from a hospitality and general customer management perspective. Clean and spacious rooms, well maintained, tidy house-keeping and timely service. Also, convenient location, courteous staff and delicious food. Excellent package and a super option to consider for a stay in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Sarmistha - you and your team rock! Way to go!

GGuest UserLocation was just perfect., the staff could do with being friendly and smile. They all seemed very serious. The room was clean and spacious. The cafe which was part of the hotel had good choice of snack food. Lovely coffee. Very helpful. The mosquitoes were also very friendly. As soon as you walkout ofthe hotel,there were plenty of places to eat.

GGuest UserThis hotel is new but there are hardly any services available in this hotel, firstly wifi doesn't work properly, few of the rooms are not even cleaned regularly. The staff doesn't even hesitate before behaving rudely with the customers. Overall the stay was not at all satisfactory. Request everyone to avoid this hotel. P. S - they provide towels on request and are not available when you enter the room.

GGuest UserIt was a transit stay of about 5 hours. Came in late at midnight and left by 4:30 a. M. E we were tired after a long trip and just wanted a clean bed. That we got. The youngster at the reception was very helpful and organised the drop to the airport. I was surprised to get the wake up call from him. Not an automated ringtone. Not a very squeaky clean property, but the minimum cleaned and maximum human touch made up for it

There are five or six plugs in the room, only one can be used, the others are about to break down, the air conditioner is also broken, the switch is broken, and only the largest third gear can be used in the first, second and third gears. Having WIFI is the same as not having one, only one frame is accepted. The room is old-fashioned and a small cockroach was found. The hotel looks luxurious, the service is good, and the restaurant breakfast is also very good.

__We***59As a foreigner, this place was absolutely crazy in a good way! Getting to the monument itself requires you to navigate through small streets, packed with cars, motorcycles and people. Once you arrive you are greeted with a scene which only can be described as being straight out of an Aladdin film. If you want a taste of real Hyderabad life, this should be a must see!
