The front desk service is good and efficient. Hotel location is good, convenient transportation, not too many facilities. The room is not big, but the design is very practical, good health, and stayed in praise. Very clean! The buffet is especially delicious! The quality of the service staff is very high! The room was in very good condition, the quilt was very comfortable and the double bed was wide. Not bad, business meeting, good location

It was a suite room with kitchen, living and dining. It was clean and well maintained. I only stayed for one night and didn’t have much time in the hotel other than sleep. It was a little expensive for that though. I think it would be more suited for people who stay there for weeks together.

We stayed in standard room for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious. Location is good. The restaurant serves all kind of cuisine but little costly evenn after the 25 percent discount that os given to the boarder. Only problematic is their travel desk. It charges very b wry high

We had a family get-together of around 100 + guests for 2 days here in August 2021. Right from the discussion and negotiations, the entire team, especially Mr. Ibrahim Khan and Mr. Rambabu were very understanding and co-operative. For a good stay, 3 things are important i.e. the facilities and its maintenance, food and the attitude of staff and service. We did not have any reason to complain about any of these 3 and all the guests had good things to say about the food, the maintenance and also the staff. We had wanted food for all the three days to be Jain and the Chef actually made such awesome Jain food that our guests did not realise that they were eating Jain Food. Location of the hotel is also in the heart of the city and we had booked 50 out of the 60 rooms they have. Keep up the good work and we will keep coming back to you.

We stayed here 3 nights with family. Rooms were nice. House keeping is not satisfied. we had a water clogging problem in the bathroom and after several times called the maintenance then only came. Every day you need to ask for the bathroom amenities to change. Very careless service. In contrary, The restaurant and the Food is really awesome. We loved and enjoyed the taste. The ***agement should focus on the service quality.

My stay was more than perfect! The ambience, staff, and location was perfect! It was a very pleasant night, I even ran into an employee named Kajol who was very friendly and gave me great ideas for where to go throughout the city. Perfect stay.

I stayed in Balcony hotel during my short trip of 3 nights to Hyderabad Madhapur in Aug 2023, the hotel is in very nice location, the rooms, service are excellent. Nice ventilation, nice beds, clean toilets and great room service. I will stay at this place during all my trips and recommend to everyone who visits Madahapur for family, business, leisure trips.

We were celebrating our 25th Wedding anniversary at the Taj Falaknuma Palace and the entire team made it a truly memorable experience. Right from the entry gate every staff member knew it was our special occasion and wished us. The entry to the hotel in the horse carriage, the welcome at the reception with the flower petals showering and the comfortable suite allotted to us, made it all so special. Even the F&B service and the dining experiences were exemplary, as were the relaxing experiences in the Spa. This will be a trip to remember for ever. Thank you Taj.
